After debating if I should review this restaurant, due to the slow delivery time and sub-par food, I found a HAIR in an entree while eating. Needless to say, the rest of the Sesame Chicken has been thrown out and I will never order from Panda again. Ordered online with the coupon and food was delivered with receipt not reflecting the coupon price. Food was semi-OK until I found a huge half-dyed hair in my Sesame Chicken. If youre from the Berkeley Heights tri-town area, stick with Hop Hing and keep it safe. Been ordering there for years, and have never found a bloody hair in the food. Disgusted.

Big fan in the beginning. Agreed with review from Nov 2010. Its gone downhill but kept ordering less due to economy and brushed it off as random, till now. Still sitting on my John, Bacillus cereus no doubt since it grows well in rice not heated properly. I know it was pouring today but you at least let customer know it will be an extra hour and 10 min. Especially since were 6 miutes away. Guess you shouldnt deliver on time to Chatham if you have deliveries for Summit where your based and should focus on before you branch out. Food definitely changed for the worse both sushi and chinese!

This place is great - not sure what people are complaining about here. Pretty much the value of the meals is excellent for this region, possibly the best bang for the buck in this region. However, you should focus on their specialty which is Chinese food, and thats their biggest strength. Ive never, EVER had any problems with the portions being small, or with them getting the order wrong, or with them taking too long to deliver, so Im very surprise about the other posts here.

Good food for take-out, but dont go here expecting to dine in. They have 1 table that is used for storage half the time, and 3 bar chairs. Its a mostly take-out business, but the food is good and priced competitively. Take out order completion estimates are usually optimistic, so give them another 15 minutes, and they will meet your expectations.

ordered 2x, delivery time was ok (were in madison) but the food was bad - both times - not hard to make some fresh rice and noodles if you stay open late, delivered me food that was old and charged me full price. first time i ordered it was better (fresh) but not satisfying. wont be ordering take out here again.

Way over priced for what you get. Basil chicken had almost no chicken in it. Ordered two item to be vegetarian ( moo shoo and pad thai noodles) and was charged same price as if they contained meat. Complete rip off. Wish Id read the reviews before ordering...kind of grossing me out.

Food was supposed to be delivered 1 hour ago and still isnt here. Called 30 minutes ago to ask where it is. Answer: "its coming". If you want to eat a family dinner at a reasonable time of the evening, do not order from Panda.

Took 1+ hour to deliver to Chatham, hair in food, driver didnt know area. Noticed a few of these Cookie cutter places opening in Summit and New Providence. Stick to Hop Hing, 20 year+ resident.
