I am giving this place 3 stars because the food was good, but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TERRIBLE. About 2 weeks ago, I called to place a delivery order, because delivery was advertised on the menu that had been stuck in my front gate, but they hadnt hired a delivery driver yet. But I really wanted to support a new business so I said Id come pick it up. When I get there, I intend to pay with my credit card, but the credit card machine is not working, which they COULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER! I of course have no cash. I sit there waiting while theyre on the phone with the credit card company for at least 10 minutes. Then, getting annoyed, I drive down the street to the ATM and back, pay for my lunch with cash, and drive back home. When I arrived home and opened up the bag, IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. I then try to call to explain the problem so that they can remake my order before I get there, and the person who answers the phone hangs up on me, then refuses to answer the phone when I call back. So I drive all the way back to the restaurant, explain the situation (VERY UPSET by this point) and they apologize profusely, but dont give me any kind of discount. I do get a free Thai Iced Tea, but was not eating my lunch until 1.5 HOURS AFTER ID ORDERED. Completely ridiculous and embarrassing for them, Im sure. The only saving grace is that that Pad Kee Moa and Shrimp Rolls were really good, otherwise this place would get 1 star. I recommend giving them another few weeks to figure things out before trying this place.

Ever since I noticed this restaurant in the restaurant listings, I wanted to try it as an alternative to Penang, which had gotten far too crowded. Parking is very tight out in front of the restaurant. I didnt see any signs so I had no idea more parking was available around the back of the row of stores. Coco is a smaller restaurant than Penang but we were early so we had no problem getting booth seating. What we noticed is some of the staff at Coco came from Penang restaurant so this restaurant may as well be an offshoot of the other. Service was very good. The food was about as good as one can find around here for Malaysian food. We tried the Gado Gado, Curry Chicken, Cantonese Chow Fun, and Curry Mee Yong Tofu. (Curry Stuffed Combination Noodle) Each dish was well done and we finished everything with no complaints. Prices are reasonable for an ethnic restaurant. Its not a particularly upscale place. And finally, I noted that the restroom was reasonably clean, although that poster of Cindy Crawford seemed dated, from a bygone era.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years, and until tonight the delivery and overall customer service and quality of food was top notch. That all changed tonight. Food took a little over an hour and a half to arrive, being told twice it was "almost there" or "on the way". When my delivery arrived, the food had gone cold, the taro boba tea was half spilled in the bag and the tapioca pearls were both very firm and tasted SOAPY. I was told when I asked to speak to the manager that the manager was not in, and they dont know when the mgr is in as it can be up to a week before the mgr shows. I was given a muttered "sorry" and then hung up on. I will no longer recommend this restaurant nor will I order from them again.

The food is good but the manager is obnoxious enough to bring their business down. Its the small guy who stands in the reception. After our meal he stood next to me while I signed the receipt and DEMANDED 17% tips. I was giving him what he asked for,but then he went on justifying his demand. When I had enough of this BS I asked him to stay quiet coz I tipped him more than 17%.And he said "You dont like this place, then dont come here" I was there with my girlfriend and felt insulted by this behavior. I should have listened to my friends who warned me about this guy. So my advice to all would be to avoid this place, especially if going with family because they dont respect their customers.

Staff is great. They take the time to explain menu items and make recommendations. You can BYOB, so thats another plus. Food is great too. Its in a small shopping Plaza so it is easy to miss the restaurant if you arent paying attention. Theres limited parking in front but more in the back. The restaurant itself is bright and clean. Not a fancy place. Very casual. But it more than makes up for it in the taste of the food and friendliness of the staff.

The decor isnt great, but the food makes up for it. They have the traditional Chinese food fair as well as some more interesting items. They make a Thai grilled chicken that is very flavorful. There are only a few parking spots in the front, so be sure to look in the back.

Great food at a decent price! I always enjoy eating here. Everything smells and tastes great! The pig intestines are tasty, roti canai is always great, and beef rendang is another favorite. Highly recommended!

The dont respect customers. When I checkout, the waiter automatically added 17% tips on top of total charges (include 17% tips on Tax) without even asking. I dont mind 17% but they should ask at least.
