I just left there....If your not Chinese dont go... lady sat us and had attitude and another lady brought us tea.. didnt even give us hot pot menu or lunch special menu... but she was super friendly to the other people there that spoke Chinese to her... we sat for just shy of 30 minutes with not even a drink order.. even though the employees walked past us several times and even looked at us... but they were constantly checking the other tables (not even 1/4 of a full house fyi).. I left a dollar for the tea and the peanuts and walked out.. Id give less then 1 star if I could

You want Amazing Sichuan food?? Go to China! However this is much closer. The owners are great and the post about no speaking english.. well duh!! This is a Chinese restaurant, I prefer it have its denizens serving the food. If you like spicy, hot pot, or sichuan dishes (I strongly recommend the Sichuan string beans) give this place a whirl. You know its authentic Asian food when most of thier clients are... you guessed it.. ASIAN.

Initial table we were sat at was dirty. My eggs were cold. The waitress took them to the back and told me they would "heat them up". Gross. I could hear waitresses in the back complaining and cursing "oh what the f&@$" etc. every so often. Potatoes were likely microwaved or cooked from a freezer bag as can be gathered from taste. I will never come back to this establishment again.

开车一小时才到。但是不好吃。。已经不叫刘一手了。叫味百年。。锅底不好吃。菜不新鲜。调料还很挫。。不如超市买个调料自己搞火锅。

This is the BEST chinese restaurant you will ever find.......best hot pot.....soooo delicious foood.......best service by the manager and all the servers.....they go out of their way to actually serve you and take care of everything......if you havent tried this place.....do so now and you will not regret it at all :)

The food was fresh . Before for some reason I was always hesitant to buy food here . And I passed by it for a few years everyday . But today I decided to try . And what a surprise for me its the best Chinese in Edison by far . Thank you .

Zero stars. After a meal, while in my car in the parking lot.. i saw a cook casaully walk to the dumpster.. urinated and then walked back to the kitchen like it was a normal routine. Very grossed out.

came here with a family and friends. we didnt order the hot pot. instead opted for the charcoal fish and some stir fry. every thing was super tasty. very authentic regional taste of Chinese food
