I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings and did not have a good experience at all. Myself and a couple of friends went to the bar to grab a beer and some food after work. We placed our food order and waited about 30-40 minutes, and still had not received our food. The bartender made the manager aware of this problem, and he came over to fix the situation. Apparently they ran out of chicken tenders, so one of my friends had to place an order for a different food item. After doing so our whole parties food still took another 30 minutes to come out. The manager once again apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would help take care of our bill due to the very long wait. We told him that was fine and finished up our food/drinks. We were all surprised when we received the bill. The manager only took $1.50 off of each of our checks. I didnt expect to get a free meal, but he could have simply taken a beer off of our bill or given us a little bit better discount. After patiently waiting that long and having him tell us that he would take care of us on the bill, it was a complete slap in the face. I dont blame the bartender at all, but I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant any time soon.

Good food but we waited a while for waitress to come and take our order. Kitchen staff was slamming around pots and pans, excessively loud. Hostess does the worst job - seats everyone in adjacent tables when the restaurant is almost empty! She seated a group of 5 annoying teenagers right next to us. Very annoyed. She could have seated them further away. People want to talk and dont want people sitting adjacent to them unless the restaurant is actually busy. These young teens were annoying - bouncing around and talking loudly - no idea why they were dropped off and left unsupervised but at the least they shouldnt have been seated next to adults. I will not be going back to this particular restaurant. And I highly suggest management re-train the hostess/host who work here.

Ive been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times before and have never experienced such poor service. Fortunately the food was still good quality. However, it took a while for my table to recieve our drinks and food. The server never came to check on us throughout the duration of the meal. At the end of the meal the server didnt even give us back the full amount of change. The place had hardly any one dining and most of the staff was sitting at the bar or table eating. Overall the service was terrible. My table and I were extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location.

The only thing worth getting here are the boneless wings drench in their sauces. Beer is cold and wings are hot. Decent spot to watch your sporting events. Service has the potential to be good but there are a few waiters and waitresses who are horrible. The place gives customers the impression that the staff just stands around talking with each other instead of working. There were a few times where I had to wait to the end to get a refill of my drink. (It was lunch time and not even busy) Would skip this place unless you want to try the blazin challenge.

the workers in there seem to do whatever they felt like doing. i saw a few of the worker playing around and this one boy in particular, there was a female server and she was waiting a table right in front of and the boy walked right up behind her and grabbed her butt. now that type of stuff should not go on in the work place. but the food is GREAT! they just need to work on the way they act and stop playing around.

Although only open for about a year, weve been there a couple times and each time I was a little disappointed. One time we went and we werent greeted by our server for about 15 minutes after we were seated. We requested to sit outside and it appeared as if we were a bother to them, although the restaurant was less than half full. The food was fair, it was priced averagely for a place like this.

The best thing about the restaurant was the wipes on the table. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and my server did not know if she could find me sweetener. 30 mins later she takes me 1 equal that she found. The wings had almost no sauce, we asked for more and never received it. Our chicken quesadilla was almost empty. My 1st and last time at Buffalo Wild Wings

Food was fine but to-go service was horrible. My pick up time was supposed to be at 4:40 pm. I get there at 5:10 pm to pick up and pay for my order but didnt get my order til 5:30. (I was on break from work which is only 30 mins.) On top of that, they did not give us silverware even though they say they did and they did not give us the condiments we ordered.

The service was good but the food wasnt. I ordered chicken buffalitos with the teriyaki sauce.The sauce tasted like soap. My husband asked for the black and blue burger with onion rings instead of French fries. The waitress offered him to get a larger order of onion rings for only $3.00 more and when his hamburger arrived it came with french fries! !

Excellent sports bar atmosphere, great wings (from a Buffalo area guy whose wife is a chef). Very good selection of beers, from a well stocked bar. Youre lucky if youre there while Tara is bartending - shes a treat to the eyes, has a good knowledge of beers, has an excellent memory of her customers preferences & mixes a mean drink.

Very average. Tables outside were comfortable but not clean. Food was nothing really to remember. Lots of options for your wings sauces. Beer selection was good but again nothing special. I would not be in a hurry to come back. Manager was nice. Seems to be good if you want to accommodate a larger party.

The food is good. The service has always been okay. The alcoholic drinks are not good at all, and I tried a few different ones too. Never go when they are busy, though. They have the music so loud to hear over the crowd of people that you cant have a conversation with another person at your table.

I come here to pick up lunch every now and then. The lunch pick up waitress, Becca, is very nice and is always super friendly and offers you free cold water in a cup to go on hot days. Buffalo Wild Wings is always good, but the service at their take out lunch counter makes it better.

I like the place for its buzztime trivia; its always on. However, I dont vacuum when I have guests in my house,so I dont think they should use the industrial vacuum when they have guests in their restaurant. Its rude and disrespectful.

Everythings great! Such a good happy hour, and everyone working really seems to be having a good time at work. Over all, such a fun atmosphere; exactly what I expect from buffalo wild wings :D

Bad service and received COLD wings. Took complaining to the server 2 or 3 times before a manager addressed our table. She provided coupons but at that point it was too late and didnt help.
