I cant eat any of the food I just got from there. And thats saying a lot; because it takes a lot for me to lose my appetite. Heres why: I ordered the food on a phone call that ended at 3:35 p.m., EXACTLY. I arrive in the RubyTOGO parking space at 4:02, EXACTLY and call to let them know Im there. At 4:12, no food has been delivered so I call, just in case theyve forgotten or theres a problem. They bring the food out at 4:15. And the order is WRONG. First off, not everything I ordered is there, one appetizer is missing, side dishes are missing, sauces are missing (instead of honey mustard sause for the chicken tenders, they give me plain mustard! theres no blue cheese dressing for the wings), the biscuits that were to come with the meals are missing and, to top it off, on one of the entrees where a side dish is missing (I later find out they ran out of asparagus, so instead of replacing it with another side dish, they just gave me the one side dish?!?!?!), they left the one side dish in PLASTIC. Yes, each side dish, it seems, originally comes in a plastic bag that they microwave. And they left it in the bag! Ok. I tell the person who walked it out and she goes back in to correct things. At 4:21, Im waiting in my car and decide to call the manager and find out how it is they can get an order so wrong, and on top of that serve the food in plastic bags. The manager comes out and I tell her whats happened, emphasizing the food order was incorrect AND food was still in the plastic bag. She says, thats how we cook the side orders, in microwaveable bags. Im like, yeah, but do you SERVE the food in microwavable bags? Shes like Ill fix it. So around 4:35 she comes back. Thats over a half/and hour since I got there and 20 minutes since the entrees they got right have been sitting in my car. So she hands me the bill and says she provided hot fries and extra broccoli and a gift card for future orders. ??? I tell her that I have no need for a gift card as I cant imagine coming back here. I then ask for a discount on the food; which she does provide and she also apologizes again. If I didnt have to bring this food back to a waiting family, I would have just left the food there and went some place else, because I have no appetite for anything from that Ruby Tuesday right now. What a horrible experience!

Its such a shame we came to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and first the drinks are so bad plus the food wasnt that good chicken tasted like half bottle of salt and to close our server I believe his name is Frank didnt gave us the correct change and one of the bills was folded to look like it was the whole change .... its a shame I would never come back to this place food not worth the price ....

Absolutely horrible service. I asked for a highchair and never got one. I ordered an appetizer and it was disgusting. I also ordered my daughter the chicken fingers meal and she got the grapes and crackers before her meal. We waited for 30 minutes an the waiter came over with the check and my daughters meal didn't even come yet. I will never eat here again

My first time going there and I would never go back! The experience was terrible! I have told family and friends not to go there. The service is horrible. The manager is unprofessional. He doesnt do his job. The waitress was so slow another waiter came over to assist. Food was disgusting. Doesnt even deserve a star. I dont know how its still open.

Horrible place to eat. The manager monica and sumon are ignorant and racist. If u want to be treated better and more fair, head to the nearest mcdonalds. The food is amazing. But the people running this place are rude and obnoxious. Never ever going back.

Service is on par with most other places. The salad bar is decent if you go early, otherwise it gets picked apart. The best thing I got was their burgers. Atmosphere is subpar compared to other chain restaurants.

They say us next to a window where EVERYONE coming INTO the Mall stared at us or stopped to look to see what we were eating.. then, ontop of that.. the waiter barely bothered to see what we needed.

Stop here for lunch with 3 hungry children. Waiter was pleasant service was good food came out fast. Salad bar was clean and a good selection. Food was regular chain restaurant food.

Under staffed. I waited 45 mins for my food while my waitress ran around serving 7 other tables. She still did a good job but everything was just slow.

I absolutely love ruby Tuesday. I could drink the peach drink forever. I love the short sirloin and lobster tail. It is the best!
