Disrespectful and rude. I usually order from here and they come in 30 mins well tonight I ordered for my son and parents and a hour past so I called back and asked what happen they said it was busy he left already he will be there in couple minutes. Mind you I live 5 mins away by car. So I said alright. Then 17 more mins go by and I call them and ask to cancel cause my step father drove out and got food within that 17 mins without me knowing and the Lady worker said "why you wanna cancel next time dont call us to order its your fault cause we made it already." I said its been over a hour and 20 mins and there is food here I cant control if they dont wanna wait but no problem. And she hung up on me. Its a shame that they dont care about customers.

This place is absolutely horrible. I would rate about the food but Im sitting here waiting for it still. I ordered my food a little over an hour ago and its not here. I called they said give it a half Hour they are a little busy right now they havent even made it. They said if I come pick it up it will be ready in 15 minutes. Well then I would have ordered pick up if I had to option of driving there. Absolutely horrible customer service all I have to say is after waiting an hour and a half when this food arrives it better have gold sprinkled on it and still be warm. I would have rather walked there in the pouring rain and it would have taken less time according to mapquest. Do your selves a favor and dont order from this place they suck!!

I remember this place as really good so I took my family here today promising good food and I was completely embarassed!! My daughter stopped a roach from crawling on my son. The shrimp had the strangest smell. My boyfriend had spare ribs with absolutely no flavor or sauce of any kind (I tasted it myself). The orange chicken and general tso looked and tasted the same. The woman taking orders is pushy and keeps assuming she knows what we want. Next time Im going to wise guy pizzeria! Their pizza is amazing. The worst part is I spent thirty dollars on garbage that none of us ate.

I ordered online on Grubhub. I have dealt with rude drivers before but the food is good most times so I ignored it. Well I ordered online and call an hour later to find out what the issue was. She tells me, oh we cancelled your online order already. You can order by phone and pay by cash. I asked why no one called me to inform me of this and she had no answer other than "well do you want to order or not?" You officially lost my business.

I ordered from them with my coworkers today and the food came quickly. However when it was my turn to go to lunch and eat I found A BUG inside my food. I called them up and let them know and they wouldnt refund my money because it was over 15 minutes since the delivery. They offered to bring more food. But why would I want that? Im DISGUSTED and will NEVER order from them again.

Just ordered from there and they got the rice wrong and charged me for two egg rolls when I only ordered one. I tipped and all, just to hear when I call "what do you want me to do? Ill give you a free rice next time you order" ... Not even a compensation for charging two egg rolls considering you dont really get the reciept until after you pay the driver. Never again.

My family and I usually get the 5.00 General Tsos and 5.00 chicken teriyaki. The General Tsos chicken here is THE best. Ive had General Tsos at other places, but this place makes it the best. Must try! Great inside atmosphere too. Large, spacious, and they have a cool fish tank. Nice staff too.

I order from this place on a weekly basis while Im at work. The food is always better than the last time, decent timing for the driver, but the drivers are always polite so I make sure to leave a good tip. I highly recommend try this place out.

The food here is barely better than terrible but unfortunately its the closest delivery place to my apartment and the fastest. Its ok in a pinch but not worth the money if you have ANY other options.
