YOU WONT REGRET KUM FUNG! Hands down the best Chinese food spot on Staten Island. Ive been dealing with them since 2004 when they were further down Bay St in a hole in the wall, didnt have any seating but had a crowd waiting to pick up food. Theyre now at a better property with much improved signage, seating area and their food is still phenomenal. Delivery typically takes around 30 mins. The husband-wife ownership is amongst the friendliest!

BEST chinese food on Staten Island. The ingredients always taste like they should, and the prices are typical and reasonable. They prepare everything deliciously, and I have rarely, if ever, had a complaint about any of their food. I sometimes drive 20-30 minutes out of my way just to get some of this chinese food because it is the only decent one I have found on the island. HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely horrible service. Placed a simple order & it took them an hour 2 deliver & I live 2 blocks away from them. By the time I got it...I no longer wanted the food & the driver yelled & argued with me. The nerve.
