The sad thing is, the food at Look See is actually pretty good, which is why I continued going back after several bad experiences. But finally, I give up. After eating in the restaurant several times, I noticed that the staff is rude, and not very helpful. Then, one night while dining at the restaurant, I found a band-aid floating in my half eaten soup. A band-aid that had clearly been around someones finger. I was so grossed out, there are no words. They were apologetic and gave us a discount on the bill, but it was still completely disgusting and freaked me out. A couple of weeks later, I was dumb enough to order take-out from them again, placing a huge order on a holiday for 15 people I had over. The order was well over $200....when it arrived, it was missing two of my entrees, and they only sent one container of white rice for 15 people. When I called, the manager got on the phone and told me she packed the order herself, and it all had to be here. I said I was very sorry to disagree, but I was missing 2 things....she told me she thought I was lying, and that one container of rice was enough for us. After arguing and reminding her that I was the "band-aid in the soup lady", she agreed to bring only one of the missing entrees only, and no more rice. So, even though the food is yummy (better at night than for lunch for some reason), I will no longer give these rude people my business. And I am still completely grossed out by the band-aid.

Some horrible people work here! the waiters are young and very unprofessional and their comprehension of English is basic at best. They act careless and they seem to resent serving "Americans" and hardly ever get orders "right" and then they blame you, the customer, for not ordering it correctly?! Excuse me? When I complained on the way out about why I was charged 50 cents for a plastic take out container and I was NEVER charged anyplace for one, I was told by Shirley, who claimed shes a Manager, she told me in anger how the Jews, they always try and they want things for free?!!!! This was a direct quote from her mouth to my ears! ALERT--- DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE ALSO NEEDS TO SANITIZE DIRTY BATHROOMS AND IT NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE OF ITS STAFF! ALL WHO WORKS THERE NOW HAS AN ATTITUDE ABOUT SERVING PEOPLE IN GENERAL AND ALSO MORE ATTITUDE ABOUT JEWISH PEOPLE!! IM NOT EVEN JEWISH BUT WOW, I CAN ONLY SAY, WOW!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR ITS PREJUDICE.

I ordered take out and when I got home I found a hair in my food. I immediately called and filed a complaint. I returned my food and while I was waiting for my new order, I was criticized by the manager for not bringing the hair with me to show them that I was telling the truth. Keep in mind that I had only taken one bite of the food. I was very frustrated and annoyed that I had to interrupt my meal due to their unsanitary protocols and then on top of that get accused of trying to cheat them. I asked for a refund and the manager then began to curse at me. I explained that I will never return and that I should have stopped giving them business a long time ago because the manager I was talking to is always rude to customers and doesnt value them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! If you have any respect for yourself as a customer, you shouldnt go there either.

My family and I would order from them at least 6 times a month. I ordered two lunch specials and noticed I received one duck sauce packet, when I asked the cashier for more she gave me one more, and then asked for additional packets. She then yelled at me telling me that it’s a lunch special I and could not have more and that the box of packets was $10.00 and cost of food is expensive. Well if you cannot price your food right or make a profit then close your business don’t take it out on your customers. Bottom line they just lost $300 a month from me.

Delievrry was a joke. 1 hour and we live 5 mins away. Driver told me next time I should pick it up myself. Over priced and food sucks. They forgot half our order and when I called to complain stayed on phone for 15 mins listening to some women who kept repeating herself about how I should understand its small business meanwhile Im looking at cold food, my 7 year old disgusted face at the food, half our order missing and a $75 charge

Some people here really should change if they care the business. As someone said, I feel that they are doing me a great favor. Possibly those people think they deserve a better job or higher pay. Some other people are good. The lunch was great considering the price. It is still a good choice if you work here and have a small budget for lunch. I was wondering how they make profit for charging $7 for such large lunch box.

First time I went here it was amazing the best sesame shrimp I have ever had and the veg dumplings were awesome..second time it was horrible the shrimp tasted like leather and I could barely cut it..the service is not goos either they have attitudes and stare like your not good enough to be there..it is so run down looking on the inside..and is very pricey would not recommend

Service far from professional. Manager AND Owners attitude terrible when my complaint was brought to their attention. Food only fair and some pricey items not worth the quanity or price value. Pass on this place. First negitive review Ive written on ANY restaurant. Place needs a major attitude adjustment and I might suggest possibly a new chef.

This was the worst dining experience imaginable! There was a roach crawling on our table. We were so repulsed! To add insult to injury the manager was rude and unapologetic. I will never go back there. I heard that the restaurant had gone downhill, but insects......!

Although the food is on the pricier side, this is some of the better Chinese food in the area. Last time I went, they had even added a Japanese section to the menu. The restaurant isnt very well lit, though, and the waiters arent very attentive or helpful.

Hair in the food. Rude service when you call to order. Pan fried noodles dont even soften when accompanied by sauce and veggies. Evidently under new ownership...not recommended anymore. :( Bland flavors. Not the original Look See.

Everything here tastes great, but the prices do add up, so be careful. I dont think youll regret trying it out, especially if for a new experience. If this type of food is up your alley, youll most likely enjoy your time here.

$21 for some broccoli with a few pieces of chicken. Plus the smallest shrimp dumplings I have ever seen. People save your money. The kicker was the food was of poor quality, and taste.

My take out experiences with this restaurant were inconsistent. Sometimes it was great, sometimes it was meh. They do make ordering a breeze.
