This is the last time I will ever come here. I went through the drive through and was asked to park to wait for my food. There was one other car who parked before me and 2-3 others after me. Everyone got their food, and it legit took 15 minutes+ to get the food. The person running the orders outside told me I had just ordered at 3:51 according to the receipt in her hand. It was already 4:05 at that point so the fact that she thought that this was a completely normal experience and that I was crazy is in itself crazy. I demanded a refund AND my food, which I think I think I received? She gave me a $10 bill and was surprised I was still expecting my food, but came out with it a few minutes later anyway. Someone probably spit in my drink or something, but anyways stay away from this KFC. Hope they go out of business...I definitely wouldnt feel bad. Oh, and Im thankful to not have seen the nasty restrooms as were described in other reviews eeek!

I really had it after many times with similar poor expierence at this store. Today again I was asked to come inside to when ordering through drive thru. Takes about 10-15 min to order, long time to get the food, and to get home to find the quality of the chicken to be extremely disappointing as it was very dry and over cooked. Also, the gravy for the mash potatoes was very watery and just nasty as it did not have the texture of a gravy. Lastly, the store today was absolutely disgusting again as if no one cleans the store all day with crumbs on the tables. I just had it with this store and finally took the time to reach out to the corp office to submit my feedback as well as post it on social media. Today just might have been my last time!!!!!

Experience was terrible. The staff really had no idea how to enter an order in not once but three times. I did not get a reciept nor the order was done right after I repeated my order three times. I call and spoke to the rudest manager working there on the 3:30pm shift 12/7/2014. I feel strongly that manangement along with their employees need to be tranined on how to be professional, how to assert themselves proper and perform their job with dignity and respect. Never will go back to that dump and surprising its located in Florham Park an upscale neighborhood employing a bunch of rude and ill educated folks. Just terrible.

Let me tell you a story... It was supposed to be a typical KFC run, and we had all had a very very long day. It all started when we walked. We ordered tenders but they proceeded to tell me they had none. Then We ordered Mac n cheese, but they had none. Then we ordered drinks, but they had none. Then we wanted sauce but they had none. Then we wanted napkins but they had none. They didnt even let us finish our meal cuz they were closing, but we couldnt finish our food because it closes at 10:30 but it was 9:15 . Then they let in two funplex workers.

Worst KFC Ive been to.. They took 20 minutes to give us our order. The $20 bucket should be $10 in this place, because the wings were smaller than my thumb. The lady said she wouldnt change them no matter what, that youre stuck with the big pieces or small ones you receive. Very rude people, next time I plan to visit my regular Rockaway store. Honestly terrible the scenery inside doesnt even help at all, sticky floors, dirty tables, and the bathroom. Hopefully these people can step up their game and do something better about this soon.

I was not impressed with this location. First off, one of the front doors was locked and after I entered the restaurant looked quite dirty. There was trash on the floors and countertops. The restroom was not any better. The sink was stained from dirt, the toilet was dirty and there was no paper towels.

Surprised this business is not closed. They have one cashier in store during lunch hour. Literally the lady takes order for both drive thru and in store customers, and she prepares the orders as well. Waited 20 minutes in line, this should be called a slow food restaurant.

I like this KFC but they dont always have what you need or what they supposed to have to satisfy their customers they dont offer you alternative they dont aim to please the chicken is alright but it looks like its been sitting there for a while

The chicken, while tasty was so small that it could have come off of a pigeon or quail. A cornish hen would tower over the meager bird that provided my drumstick and thigh. Any smaller and it would pass for a sparrow. The fries were good.

Might as well be closed. Exceptionally poor service. Drive thru orders are never ready and they always ask you to park and wait for them to bring your food. Takes half an hour to order inside. Staff is never present at the counter

Forgot the two orders of mashed potatoes and gave no sauce. You think you should get $15.00 an hour to not get a simple order right when we were the only PEOPLE In THE PLACE????? Always check your bag they say for good reason.

This KFC needs to close or change the management. The tables are not clean, floor is sticky. they do not put ketchup and wet towel in the stand. If you ask you can get it.
