Holy Camoly! Why on earth do people review chain restaurants on Yelp? Because its important! Chain restaurants strive for consistency, but we all know the reality: corporate vs franchise, good vs bad management. Its a reality. And the reality here is: Holy Camoly! First off, the drive through: dont do it. Just dont. Trust me on this. Im a slow learner and tried a few too many times, myself. They WILL get your order wrong. Guaranteed. Go inside. Its your only hope. Even if youre in your bunny slippers, bathrobe, and your hair in curlers, just go inside. Make eye contact. Speak clearly and deliberately, in complete sentences. Draw pictures if you must. Theres still a good chance they will screw up your order. Be patient. They will try to hand you the wrong thing and walk away. They may even argue with you that "this is what you ordered". Hold your ground. Stand firm. If you survive the service - which is challenging - the food isnt bad. But the experience will likely give you heartburn even if the food doesnt!

Never go here, I ordered 12 pieces drum stick and thigh and came home. They only gave me 10 pieces, not only this. They gave me mixed with wings. I ordered drum stick and thigh. I called them they told me they gave me wings because they didnt have enough drum stick. Never apologize and rude as hell. Plus, they told me to just come back and pick up other two missing pieces. So I ask for refund, manager (elderly woman) said her daughter (I guess owner) is not there to refund my money. This looks like family owned business, they are so so greedy. They should lose the frenchise license. Greedy, greedy, and so greedy! If there is zero rating system, I would throw them 0 star.

84•F outside right now and no AC in restaurant! They deserve 0 stars, worst KFC in the area. You get a GO-Cup wing with 3 potato wedges and worker says thats how it is. Really??? Look at the picture overhead, no its not!! Theyre very stingy with food and dont get what you pay for it. Get a box of large potato wedges and is half full !!!!They also get the order wrong when you go through the drive-thru. Seriously, KFC should give franchise to someone else who can run it correctly. I was told by employee that there was no chicken on Friday night at 9:00 pm because theyre told to do it as ordered! Fast food, I dont think so!!!!

KFC really needs to get some upper management involved with this location. I do enjoy their food however the customer serivce is EXTREMELY POOR. Being in retail myself and knowing what a bad review means, I hope this is taken seriously. The people who work for a company represent the company on the field level. This is the main source of your business. However these people need a rude awakening if they honestly think treating customers in such a way is appropriate. I always think that maybe I just caught someone on a bad day but there has not been 1 time I have come to this location and had a good experience.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Trust me, they have no idea on taking customers. You have to wait half a hour for your food and there is only one people in the front desk. What kind of fast food restaurant is it? And when the line is full of customers, the supervisor didnt even show up to help. He/She just stayed inside and let the customers wait. Also, because it was so busy, they even took the wrong order and gave me the wrong food. They must learn how to operate a restaurant.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time i come to this location it remains to disappoint me. I cant be any more serious when i say that the customer service is AWFUL. Very short patiented workers that somehow seem to have your order wrong. I normally try to stop here to grab chicken because it is the closest place for me but now i will decide to go somewhere else

Dont call them for any reason they are rude and will ignore the phone, when they answer they are rude. I spoke to a guy who hung up on me as I was trying to get info on where the store is and their closing times, as they are different than what is posted online I was tryn to ask and be sure I called the right store and the guy hung up as I was asking him questions. VERY RUDE !

The bathrooms had no toilet paper... the people were very rude... the person accompanying me requested if her 2 chicken pieces be fried an additional minute in the fryer and the person who was in charge of the kitchen said....we dont have to do special order we are not subsidiary to KFC and proceeded to talk back about us in Spanish not realizing I am Hispanic.

Worst KFC food experience ever. Found something odd looking thing (like a green string) in the chicken. Went to talk to this lady on the counter. She quickly took the food and threw it in garbage. She offered a new meal, but how much was I going to trust the new one made on same counter? Should have taken the picture. Never been to that place after that.

At time at Kfc I experienced rude behavior employees was dressed like the came from the seware I waited for my food for an half an hour and when I asked I got a swift reply "you'll get your food when it's ready" I felt embarrassed when I got my food they was laughing outrageously I would give this restirant five stars for roaches

The short lady is rude and not only is she rude she tried to make me pay .25 cents extra for something she forgot to put with my order and it in fact came with order. The chicken was dry as hell and old and the mashed potatoes was dry too with the gravy on them. Never again.

This place sucked!!!! The restaurant was filthy, the staff was rude beyond belief and every one of the orders looked like someone stepped on it before putting it in the bag. I will never eat here again. Avoid this place at all costs.

I cant speak against the food being poor here as a usually order the mashed potato bowl with is basically impossible to mess up. I will say that the bathroom is in desperate need of a remodel and more frequent cleaning.

Poors customer, never get the right order, and the chicken is always over cooked and biscuit also stale. Oh! And the soda never taste good. In desperate of new management.

Its terrible, I asked for wedges and they gave mashed potatoes and on top of that when I called they hung up twice and the third time it went to fax. Avoid this place..

Its a kfc so you should know what youre getting but the messed up my order and the food wasnt very good so Im not sure Ill be going to that kfc again anytime soon.

1 star because I can still drop by at 11pm and get some chicken. But thats it. This place is always understaffed. Takes forever. Its not really fast good.
