Beat out Villa Rosa for me for the best pizza in Lower Bucks. The thin crust Sicilian tomato pie was great, a notch below Papas Tomato Pies in Robbinsville but a good step above Bertuccis. The regular plain tomato pie was to my taste the best in Lower Bucks at least. Third on my list of pizza within 45 min. of Yardley behind Pizzeria Nonna and Papas Tomato Pies. If you live near Morrisville, I dont think you can do better, closer. The sauce was flavorful, the crust was the perfect density and not overly thick, thin but not a cracker, the cheese was high quality and didnt leave an unpleasant oil taste. My one issue, if you could call it that were a few tomato skin bits in the sauce. I know that most decent places import canned or jarred Maranzano tomatoes and some have skins, or bits of skin left. Still tomato skins are pretty obnoxious in pizza sauce, at least to me. For the area this is the best tasting pizza you can get. The restaurant also smells heavenly so I wouldnt shy away from trying Italian entrées. Edit: Gotta bump this place up a star, super consistent great pizza. Plus I tried a Stromboli, and the quality of every ingredient is just top notch. Delicious, consistently great pizza/boli. This has become my one and only pizza stop.

I am beyond furious. I booked a reservation for today for an event for the sun room for twelve people. When we got there they gave the room to the mayor. I should have been told that the room was given to someone else, and was then told that the minimum for the sun room was 45 which is false because I have had at least 4 events there with much less people. Im really pissed because I needed the privacy and now we have to find somewhere else to go. I should have known better because whoever took my reservation months ago barely spoke English. This USED to be our go to place but we will NEVER come back and will spread the word. No one even cared that we were unhappy. Fabulous business and customer service, not. Disgraceful. Thanks a lot for nothing.

I been here for about maybe 7 times withing 6 years, Im from Philly and since I discovered their great pizza (Quattro Stagioni), I would travel just for that. But last time I wanted to try something else. Ordered pasta and chicken parm, and it was absolutely discussing. I was so shocked that after two bites asked for my bill and didnt even complain. If restaurant can serve this type of food I wont even argue. The booth seats were ripped and metal springs popping out! very disappointed and will never ever come here again. The waitresses are always nice, with great sense of humor and very polite. PIZZA 8.3/10 , chicken parm and pastas 1.5/10. Looks like owners dont have that spark anymore. Its very sad.

My sister in law recommended this location to me. The website looked appealing by stating a lunch buffet for 7.95. The buffet was not a buffet at all. For 7.95 you were entitled to 4 items and if you wanted to return, it was an additional 3.00. When I telephoned I was not told that and I specifically asked if pizza was on the buffet. The service was mediocre and also the pizza was so hot my friend sustained a large burn on his arm from the cheese. Please note - the website shows a buffet cost of 6.95 plus a 1.00 refill charge on one page and on the other, it shows 7.95. This should be explained as a special - not a buffet. The food from the buffet was tasty but all in all - we were very disappointed.

Expensive as hell for mediocre food. Service wasnt terrible. And the delivery is usually on time, if you decide to order in. But all in all I couldnt believe that I paid damn near $30 for a pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter bottle of soda. After the tip, it was over $30!! The pizza wasnt bad, but it definitely wasnt great either. And definitely not worth $30. Went back a week later and got a chicken Cesar salad. That was pretty good. But it was $22!!! That was just the salad. Totally not worth it in the end. But, if youre looking for a semi-fancy spot to take your girl out to or something, I guess Id recommend it.

Went for lunch, not many customers. I ordered panini and spouse ordered lunch pasta. And for app. we shared mussels in red sauce. The mussels were over priced for the small order, they were frozen not fresh and had a after taste. The pasta lacked flavor and had to use the sauce from the muscles to get better flavor. Panini was was good. Ordered coffee but they were out. We received the check and found they charged us for a dinner pasta, we brought it to both the waitress and manager. Neither one were willing to correct the mistake.

not going to ordering food from here anymore: theyve slowly but surely been downsizing their portions while prices remain the same. as well as substituted CHICKEN FINGERS with MOZZARELLA STICKS when I ordered a chicken finger PLATTER. usually about 5 chicken fingers but found only 2 chicken fingers and the rest mozzarella sticks? for real?! also ordered cheese on the fries, there was none but they still charged me for cheese on my fries. rip off and sad. dont go here unless you want your order messed up.

Absolutely fantastic Italian restaurant, have never has a meal here that was less than stellar. The pizza is incredible for fans of the thin crust Chambersburg-style tomato pie, though it may seem strange to those used to the more generic pizzas. La Villa has an excellent lunch buffet during the week where you can choose 4 items to make your own plate. A second plate is an additional charge, but nobody Ive ever taken has make their way through the first helping and still felt hungry.

It doesnt look like much from the outside, but the staff was nice, food was tasty, and the prices reasonable. I visited with my parents and girlfriend who was visiting me from the same region of Italy as the owner and even she liked the food! Normally she is critical of Italian food in the States. I will definitely go again. Caveat, I didnt have the tomato pie so I cant comment on that.

The WORST !!! If u feel like buying food around there, dont even try to go there. Me and a friend bought a seafood pasta plate and guess what?! DIARHEA DIARHEA DIARHEA!!! From 8 pm to 3 am, me and my friend are suffering. N I am still sick. Wow... I saw some children eating there...I feel sad for them koz this diarhea is the worst koz it comes with an incridible stomachache.

The pizza and tomato pie is the best I have ever had. I stop in whenever passing by and take to follks from home (40 miles away). Always get requests to bring it back if Ill be in the area. All LOOOOVE IT. Seriously. I cant comment on others experiences, but the pizza and tomato pie is truly amazing and I have always been treated great by both the owner and the staff.

This place has the best Italian food Ive ever had!! Went for lunch buffet, had a big spread of all kinds of different food. Was worth the hour drive! My kids loved their homemade pizza and the conoli, dessert, was so good I brought home an extra $20 worth! Prices was reasonable and also has plenty of seating too, we came with a party of ten w no reservation.
