Good Food but Out of Tenders like most Popeyes. I was just at this Popeyes for the first time probably since around 2000 or 2001 and while the food was just as good as any other Popeyes, there are two problems that I must address. First off, it seems like EVERY Popeyes while having excellent food, has management issues and whether it be this, the Olden Avenue, or Levittown location, it seems like they are ALWAYS out of chicken tenders or some other type of chicken!!! So if you want tenders, drive on I-95 S down to the Chesapeake House rest stop in North East, MD; theyll have the tenders, or even closer, at the Delaware House Welcome Center in Newark, DE. Thats SERIOUSLY how far Ive been when Ive EVER had tenders!! The second issue is the interior of the store. The layout and the cash registers look like something out of 1997, and are just primitive for a fast food chain restaurant in 2012. There is no drive-thru so you have to go inside, and the people working there were actually nice and quick. So if they can get supplies in on time like KFC usually does (unless someone keeps buying chicken in bulk) and if they updated some things and added a drive-thru, this location could be improved A LOT! Still good chicken nuggets and decent cole slaw, although the biscuit was a little too dry so I think Ill take more of my business to KFC unless I find myself traveling south on I-95 through Maryland or Delaware.

Service these days just seems very non-existent. Sure, I know Its fast food....its just Popeyes chicken, but why do I always feel like the people that are hired there dont want to be there, and the customers have to suffer? Take Alicia...at the register. Whoever hired her should be fired. This person horrible! Doesnt smile...doesnt engine the customer....doesnt say hello....doest say thank you or anything. Just stands there, seemingly robotic with her Popeyes hat pulled down over her eyes, and her multi-colored hair. Clearly, with these skills, u can see why she was hired. Because service is not a priority at this particular location. This will be it for me. Last tine I visit this one. I will try another location because Alicia makes it a horrible place to visit. In fact, I ordered 2 Apple pies. It was going to take 7-9 minutes to cook. Why did she try to box up my chicken right then and there? I had to ask her to not do that until the pies were done. I mean common sense should tell anyone to leave the food hot until the other food is ready. Oh well....what can you do, right? Anyway, thanks Popeyes for hiring people who are not service oriented.

We love this Popeyes and have been coming here for years. Its quite simply delicious. Sure, if you come at the peak of dinner, like 6:00 pm, you can expect these hard-working people to be working hard to making food as fast as they can, and you might have to wait a few minutes if you want mild (not spicy) chicken. After all, look at the lobby -- everyone jams into this place because its the best chicken around. You might have to wait for it, and if you look around youll notice everyone is waiting quietly and patiently. When they get their food, they walk out of the place smiling and happy, carrying their bag of golden treasure home to their family. Most of the counter staff works hard here, and some of them work very hard to get you your chicken and delicious, fluffy biscuits as soon as possible. Like many thousands of other Hamilton residents, well be back to Popeyes on (Route 33) Nottingham Way in Hamilton, NJ, very soon.

Lets start. I was standing in a long line that was wrapped outside the building literally. Didnt really mind that. I finally order after 30 minutes in line, the food was cooked in old grease and you could taste it. I dont think I will be going back there. I also order a large sweet tea. It tasted like spoiled lemons. I am a serious tea drinker and I know spoiled tastes. So then I decided to get a Coca-Cola. The soda machine was completely disgusting. The machine had sicky juice on the ice dispenser. Completely nasty. Then the employees feeding their families and its about 20 people waiting for orders. Get it together. I also wrote to this company about the filth and 4 weeks later no reply. I will take my money to Levittown. Food is always hot and sweet tea is never sour or spoiled. If i could give them a 0 for playing around instead of making sure customers are taken care of.

if I could give less then a star in would. First of all the service sucks. The people at the registers always have bad attitudes and always try to cash you out before you are done ordering and if you order alot they give an even worse attitude. if they are supposed to close at 10 they have nothing left not even fries at 920. today I ordered butterfly shrimp expecticting bigger shrimp then the popcorn shrimp but instead I received the exact same shrimp I receive when I order the popcorn shrimp. just less of it. my food is always cold. and on a few occasions my sauces where already opened when given to me. this is the worst popeyes I have ever been to.

Only popeyes in the area so I come here every once in a while but I regret it every time. The brain dead staff get my order wrong every time and are constantly screwing around when not comprehending customers. Go somewhere else. Its extremely poor management that makes it not worth the effort more so than the employes.

This Popeyes is great. Love their tenders. Theyve never been out when Ive been there. Have had to wait for tenders but its worth it. Theyre always best when theyre freshly cooked. Like them much better than KFC where I have been disappointed many times.

They didnt have enough of the chicken we wanted to serve two people so we had to compromise. The service was otherwise fast and the place was relatively clean. I have been in worse Popeyes.

Ive eaten @ a lot of Popeyes, and this is the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest location Ive ever visited. Try the naked chicken, its tasty, made to order, and low carb.

I cant say I dislike the place but the quality of food and service depends on who is there. Some people are pleasant, others not so much.

Food is awesome! The greasiest, juiciest, most delicious fried chicken! Certainly not health food by any means, but soo good!
