The food is good and the service is very fast. Amazingly fast. A little bit of a funny warning though... some seats are below an arched ceiling. The ceiling is pretty but if you are sitting in the "right spot" near the end of the arched ceiling you can easily hear what someone is saying in a different part of the room. The last time I was there I could clearly hear what a guy 4 seats away was saying. I mean it was like he was right next to me speaking in my ear. I had never noticed it before but it was particularly crowded that day. My wife sat across from me and she didnt hear a thing until I told her to sit in my seat. It shocked her how clear she could hear the guy. It isnt a big deal and in a way it is pretty neat but you might want to watch what you say in here. ;-)

Very Nice diner. One problem!! When I asked the manager , who speaks Spanglish ( broken english and Spanish) why he was messing around with the young waitresses in such a inappropriate way he dismissed it quickly and ignored me. I also could smell the alcohol coming from his breath from the register. I know Tony and when he`s there this doesn`t occur. It was a sight I dont like to see. If it were one of my daughters I`d be livid that this was going on. This guy belongs working in a sewer not a restaurant. I asked the waitress his name and she said Sam. He`s disgusting , if he`s there next time I go I will walk out

I usually enjoy my trips to the diner, but today was not good. The soda was flat and tasted simply of seltzer. The French onion soup had no flavor except for the paprika sprinkled on the top. We waited 12 minutes just to place our order, 8 min to get out soup, and another 15 to get our food and it was simple (cheese quesidilla and pork roll and cheese sandwich . We watched people that were seated after us order and get their food and leave before we did. Not a good day for us.

The waiter stocky tall boy name junior (looks like Greek or Italian) was very rude taking order, swearing at other waiters. Felt like it was owner son the way he was standing with towel on shoulder why others was working. I ordered hot tea he brought cold water with tea bag. Also young girl waitress slapped Mexican busboy on his rear in front of costumers. Food was good 5 star Service not good 0 star Will not come back to this place.

Very clean well lite and spacious Diner. All the staff that I have met have been incredibly nice and very helpful. The menu has a very wide selection of food that is very reasonably priced and delicious. I havent had anything I did not like yet. The options are huge so bring an appetite or bring half of it home for a snack or another meal. Parking is easy and plenty of it.

It was clean. Service slow. Food cold. My poached eggs were hard, my MILs eggs were supposed to be over well... they broke yolks. Ordered and never saw waitress again for over 30 mins. Not even to refill coffee. When we got here and placed order not many people were here. Shame... they used to be fantastic. Wont be back.

This used to be a great place to go on holidays like Mothers Day, but it has really dissappointed this year. They have a very limited and significantly more expensive menu and they are literally adding up charges for the kids menu because its a holiday. The poor wait staff is spologetic. We will NOT be returning.

Food was delicious. Portions were enormous. Appetizer sampler was almost a whole meal on its own and came out in a matter of mere minutes. Everything else came out pretty quickly as well. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant and it looks like the diner was updated recently.

This is the best diner in the area. It has the standard NJ diner menu, basically everything, and they do it well. None of the dishes Ive had so far stand out as exceptional, but they have all been tasty. The service is quick and accurate, the staff friendly, and the restaurant clean.

The new owners are worse than the old ones. Ordered Breakfast and the Belgium waffle was cold. The butter would not melt. This has happened more than once. Coffee at best is a 2 out 10. They now give you milk instead of half-and-half. You have to ask for the half-and-half.

Overall my family loves this place. Its our go to diner even though we have two that are closer to us. Its clean, good wait staff, food is consistently good, great owners. There is exactly only one problem with the place. The coffee. I drink it, but I dont like it!

Worked here for one day. Servers eat off customers plates. Did not find the hand wash station. Milk pitchers sit on table for a whole shift. After the shift is over they pour it in a container and use it to make the chocolate pudding. I will Never let my family eat here.

Great food with large portions. Service was OK, then we were forgotten, as were the other tables near us with disenfranchised staff. Managers were disciplining a server in the middle of the restaurant- very unprofessional. Still , filing and tasty for the price.

Over priced, over cooked and VERY OVER RATED...you would have to fire the in-tire staff and start fresh and ya would probably still have issues with the owners, and how they run this place... My advice, go up the street to Clinton....

Clean, and good food. service is hit or miss but management is always walking around asking if you need something. I really like that because it helps the servers out if they are busy and you dont feel like you are waiting for ever.

The best dinner in NJ. The service is great. The owner is one of the nicest peopel you would ever meet. Its a family atmosphere. I travel 45 minutes just to eat there, its worth the trip. It is a great dinner experience.

Ordered steak and shrimp. Steak was ok, shrimp and mashed potatoes which came along were actually cold. Had to hijack another waiter to get our check. First time we went it was 4 stars, not today.

Food was well prepared and fresh. The waitress was quick to accurately take care of me and very nice. Roll for sandwich was definitely fresh as was the sliced ham and swiss. Very delicious meal.

Pretty hunky dorey. Almost corney if the place wasnt so nice. Your typical flemington crowd, no riff raff. Everyone has a genuine jersey accent, rare for the area. 5 stars

Really fast service and tasty food. The bathrooms were clean and the host was able to get us (a party of 6) seated in 10 minutes on a Sunday morning, cant beat that!

Chicken was hard and my wifes gravy had an odd taste. The diner ok when it opened. This is the third consecutive bad meal. Something changed.
