April 2017: This was a Perkins Pancake house, that company went out of business in 2011. This is new as of the middle of March 2017. The front entrance is not finished as of April 1, 2017. You have to go in the side door. Only had a 5 min wait, and this is connected to a decent size hotel. The hotel offers free breakfast in their own hotel area, so you dont get their customers. They have three separate seating areas, which keeps the place pretty quiet. I think they were still getting things "sorted out" as they still have a "help wanted" sign by the road. This has been open for 3 weeks and the front door is no where near being completed ? ? My wife ordered 3 pancakes (she got 4), I ordered French toast, I got the Brioche French toast, both were still great. We got a pot of great coffee for the table. I order turkey sausage, 4 small links at $1 per link ! ! My wife got 4 standard bacon strips for $3.49. Our meal came to $31 with tax for two. There is another IHOP in Hacketstown, NJ that we visit infrequently, will have to compare prices. Flemington is know for its Diamond Nation where games are held from various towns as well as out of state teams. So this place could get quite busy during the sports seasons as parents stay overnight for the games. This is "off the main route" of 31 and 202, so unless you know about it, you dont see it from the road. There are a number of other fine restaurants in the area, we frequent them all.

Just had the worst dinner ever!!!! The pancakes came out so hard they literally crumbled. My daughter got the crepes and they were like rubber!! But here is the best part. my 7 year old son ordered the steak and eggs. first it took forever to come out. the rest of us were almost done eating. than when it came out...it was wrong. instead of the steak and eggs it was sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions with eggs. when we told the waitress she said she put in for the steak and took the steak off our bill. When we were completely done eating...she brought the steak out in a to go bag. And ready for this.....she did take the sirloin tips and eggs off the bill...and added on a steak dinner. the steak dinner was $1 more than the steak and eggs. And we were in a rush so we couldnt wait. So they screwed up the ENTIRE dinner....and to take care of us...they charged us an extra dollar on top of what would have been our bill. and with all this...the manager yelled at the waitress....but never showed his face!!!!!!

I give it a neg 5 stars ,,they made me give them 1 star which is BS, By far this was the worst experience I have ever encountered @ an IHOP, not only did we wait an Hr to be seated because they tell us they have no servers and we decided to wait it out but it continue to get worse,tables sit for 20 mins that are dirty and not cleaned when the staff could be seating the people,I get better service from the IHOP down south and we all know do2n south is slower,this FLEMINGTIN IHOP IS THE WORST AND I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN,i will give my business to the other ihop in the area, you could hire a bunch of illegal imaginarts and they would work faster than the service I am receiving today,they have been open for 3 months you would think someone would get this place in shape,maybe Gordon Ramsey should come here? They sure as hell need it, that are contuining to slipe down hill,,front entrance is still not finished, you would think you would have all construction done before opening of a new restraunt,

This by far is the WORST IHOP on the planet!!! I would have given them NO stars but there wasnt an option for that!!! 1. You order drinks and 10 minutes later you have to wave down a different Waiter/Waitress to ask then when will your drinks be out and 5 minutes later you can finally drink. 2. You order food and 30/40 minutes later they bring one part of your food out and ever 5/10 minutes they bring out another part of your order ( and dont bring someone because they will finish their food before your 1st plate is brought out. I have been there 2 times already just to give them a 2nd chance (everyone deserves one). But seriously you can go there for yourself and see.. Just make sure you eat and drink before you get there!!!

After ordering we waited 30 minutes for breakfast to arrive. Food was served cold....real cold. The building entrance also does not have a vestibule so whatever temperature it is outside translates inside. It was 30 degrees outside the day we were there. It was so cold inside with the door opening and closing myself and 20+ other people I could see were eating with winter jackets on. Really a poor design and lack of thinking on behalf of the owners. This IHOP needs a lot of work to get me to come back. Stick with the IHOP in Hillsborough.

Decided breakfast for dinner and man was I wrong it took like 10 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant then followed up with a 20 minute wait to order drinks. Waitress was extremely rude about how she took our order granted she could have been new but still rude and completely clueless of what was going on..

Dust is everywhere. It is still under construction. Workers were fixing ceiling fixtures making dust flying around. Foods are below average quality and relatively smaller in size. Building is not ready for business and music too loud. Crews are ok . Suggest to wait another month.

Just finished breakfast during a dry run for family and friends. Due to open March 1st 2017. Staff was amazing for first day jitters. Food was spot on and as ordered. Definitely worth coming back once open.

Food is usually solid. Staff are always friendly but seem kind of exhausted (double/triple shifts?), and 2 out of separate 3 visits delivered food to our table and left us without utensils until we asked.

Today was my first day at IHOP in Flemington and I came here with my dad and we had good pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash brown. The breakfast was delicious.
