Went throught the drive thru, the woman at the window never gave me my debit card back. I have been searching for it for FIVE days. When I called to ask if they had it, the manager (Samantha Louis) says yeah, we have it, then proceeds to tell me its not big deal, they made a mistake. Instead of apologizing and trying to accommodate me in some way. That would NEVER fly at my job. Absolutely terrible job as a manager and by the staff. I understand mistakes happen, but you try to make up for that mistake in some way at least by apologizing.

Great service. The guy who took our order, I think his name was Matthew, was very polite and helpful. The shift supervisor, I think her name was Cheryl, came around the dining room and checked on us and talked to my little girl for a few minutes. Just a great and personal experience.

awful but they all are everything has beans and rice. el paso makes better seasoned meats bought fresher from grocery store. seems like a lot of items all basically the same. give it 3 stars because staff at the drive thru are amazing always

Everytime I ask for extra sour cream I dont get it. Change ya register settings or something . $16 for 6 beefy nachos "knowing ya cost for extra " and I cant get that ? #hateloverelationship
