Very unprofessional and rude! Bought a drink and realized that it was expired by 2 months after it tasted weird, went back to exchange it, and the guy I bought it from exchanged it without a problem and even shook my hand to apologize for the inconvenience. His partner on the other hand which I believe is a manager or something (short guy and baldish) takes the bottle and tells me to look at him and watch him chug it. Then he tells me that hes not sick or dying. Then keeps mouthing off to me in front of other customers. I ignored him but could still hear him keep talking as I walked to my car. Ive been there quite a few times, but never again! Theres better pizza places in the area!

I gave them just a star so i could made a review but they dont deserve any star... I called today to order a pizza and after i called the guy who answered was so rude and he put me on hold and he answered the other phone he took whoever order was and than he came back to me for the order. I mentioned to him that i had a coupon for a free small pizza and he got ao angry he even yelled at me... I orderrd the pizza and they delivered to my house and it was disgusting and not like the first two times that i had ordered i dont know what happened but they just lost a customer never again there

I stopped into this place with my mom for a slice of pizza. My mom went to use the restroom & next thing I know shes running out screaming to the waitress that there was a mouse in the bathroom. My mom is 64 years old. She nearly urinated on herself & almost slipped because she was so frightened. The waitress just laughed it off like it was nothing. We were so disgusted we through out our pizza & walked out. I only gave this place 1 star just so I could comment how gross this place is.

Ordered a pie and soup last nite and was quoted 45 mins for delivery. An hour and 15 mins later called again to check on my order and was told it would be here within 5 minutes. Called AGAIN 20 mins later to AGAIN see where our delivery was ( we live less than 5 mins from pizzeria) and again were lied to that it would be 5 mins. Were also told it was Lent like that wad supposed to excuse the wait. Food finally arrived COLD!! PLUS THEY HAD NERVE TO CHARGE DELIVERY FEE!!! never again

Ive been going there since they opened. The first time I ever called the owner was the rudest son of a guy you could imagine. I called back and told him off, he laughed, we been friends ever since..... The dinner food is very good, the pizza is execellent sometimes and once and a while its off depending on who rolls out the dough. The grandma margarita is the a crunchy deep dish marvel.

Rude on the phone? Fuggetaboutit! These guys are so nice and always make me laugh whenever I call. They either corrected the problem asap, or the previous reviewers are just rude themselves. I love to go in and eat there with friends and our kids but I order delivery more often than I visit. Slices are so amazing. Rivaled only by Vinnys.

Their pizza is not good enough to to withstand their disgusting attitude. They talked so rudely to us after we wanted extra cheese on our pizza slices. One person told us to stop talking cause he was too busy and the other was just ride about adding the cheese. This isnt how you run a business or treat customers, you have a lot to learn.

The pizza is far sub-par even for new Jersey standards. The older woman behind the counter is not pleasant, at all, not sure if shes the owner or what, but I found her to be very rude everytime I go here. This is my third and last visit here. I gave opportunity for them to make me a customer and will definitely never return

Food is expensive but pretty good for this area, but oh my god there service is horrible....I hate ordering from them. And top of everything they force you to pay with cash. Fyi. Its 2012 who even carries cash these days. I suggest hiring a nice girl to pick up the phones because these jerks are totally rude when I call in.

Funniest people on earth for everyone who said they were rude you must be a complete fool. Been going for years and they never ever been rude to me . They always made me laugh every time I come in and anyone that cant pay a delivery fee just eat inside if u cant afford it

I ordered for the first time from this place not too long ago. I made a complaint of hair found in my food. In my complaint I was courteous and kind yet no one ever reached out to me not even to apologize. I wont be ordering from this place again.

Best pizza shop in town. We love these guys. This is not just a pizza shop. They treat you like family. The pizza and food taste good. I miss them on Sundays and when they go on vacation in the summer, but I am happy they do take time off.

Waited an hour, delivery guy rang both bells before calling me (disturbing the tenants) baked ziti had NO sauce and the parm cheese they gave was non existant. These stars are for the dude that answered the phone. He seemed cool.

Their chicken cutlet salad is SOOO good. I think its the pickled veggies sprinkled throughout! I crave it all the time. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and loves to crack jokes!
