I have been to Donnas Pizzeria before with a friend and found nothing too amazing. However, the second and last time I went to Donnas was such a disgusting experience. Between my meal, I went to the bathroom because I had spilled some sauce on my shirt. And in the bathroom, I saw a mouse and freaked out. I immediately went to one of the main workers and notified him. However, he rudely told me to stop causing problems and that there was no mouse in the bathroom. He asked, Why am I trying to disturb his customers. I was so outraged at the filth of the restaurant and the ridiculous staff that I will never go back to Donnas Pizzeria.

I am originally from New York and moved to this town about 15 years ago. I love Italian Food! and Donna Pizza is definitely in top range within Palisades Park. Im not sure why, but the people work there dont seem to pay attention to customer service. In fact, they are pretty rude at times. All you need is a little smile when you see a customer, say good-bye at the end of conversation when taking order over the phone, and say thank you when youre tipped. Is it that hard? I just dont get it. Thats why I can only give 3 stars..

If you dont think Donnas Pizza of Palisades Park has the best Sicilian Pizza in New Jersey and New York you have no taste buds. I believe it is the best in the USA I been to every major city on the continent and Hawaii and no Sicilian or deep dish pie has come close ! Ive also tasted all the greasy speed machine produced Pizza chains, Dominos, Pizza Hut, ect. ect. It is worth the extra 2 bucks and then some.

I wish I could choose an option under service that is below poor. The pizza was 40+ minutes late, when I asked about where the pizza was the girl on the phone did not answer the question and hung up on me after telling me to wait. I called back and they decided that my call was not important enough to answer.Very bad service. Pizza is also pretty unsatisfactory compared to other areas.

Great slice of cheese pizza. Ingredients are quality-choice. Salt content well balanced (... other pizza places Ive experienced too salty). Meatball sub very classic and good quality meat too. Found an original gem in Pal Park. Love the place and people there so casual, laid back and family like.
