Went here with my friends. Foods good but, when it came to costumer service I felt very unwelcomed. The lady who attended to us (with short blonde hair early 30s) seemed nice at first than threw out our meal I felt sass. Really wished we wouldve caught her name. Because when it came to the bill she yelled at us because we didnt tip her "15%" of our bill. She made a sense of it and said "let me get your change you guys clearly need it more than me." Last time I checked it wasnt mandatory for us to had tipped her. The whole diner starred us down as we walked to our car and drove off. I will definitely not be going there again.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This diner doesnt even deserve the 1 star i was forced to give them. I just bought a bagle with bacon, cheese and I said "hash brown". They gave me a bagle with bacon, cheese and pieces of baked potato. Guess how much this breakfast sandwich was... $9.50! THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED FOR THE QUALITY OF FOOD THEY SERVE? I WILL NEVERRRR EAT THERE AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORST DINNER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. SUCH A RIP OFF! I could have went to the bagle place next door and payed half that price for amazinggg food. Such a shame. Smfh

Highly recommend this place. John and Nick are the owners and are always there welcoming there guests with smiles on there faces. food is top notch! One of my favorite places for breakfast but no matter what time your there for food, you will not leave hungry with there large selection they have to offer. They also offer delivery which is nice! Staff is freindly and always on top of there service. I have been eating here for years. You wont be dissapointed.

Diner is nice and clean. However it seems they are using really cheap ingredients because everything I got tasted and looked that way. Just because its generic diner food, doesnt mean they have to skimp and get the cheapest option available. Its too obvious and makes for a less than ideal experience. Is recommend making the extra investment and teaching the staff to be a little more attentive

Food was good. Waiters were super nice to us, however when we walked in on a hot day ( we were wearing normal summer clothing) the guy behind the counter ( i think he is the manager or owner) said something like " you dont have anything else in the trunk to wear?" And then "just kidding"... I mean i didnt think it was funny and my gf didnt it was funny either.

Excellent warm family owned diner, I love the choice of Daily Specials at very affordable prices. Love bringing my family and friends here. They also deliver which we use on occasion and have online ordering through various websites such as GrubHub. We also have used them for Catering our kids birthdays.

Normally Id give this place 5 stars, but since I just ate there an hour ago and Im mow sick as a dog they only get 1. I told them the milk was bad and the omelette with homefries was nasty. The owner didnt seem to care and still charged me for food I didnt eat. Sad, it was my favorite diner

Excellent food! Excellent wait staff! I have been going to Empress diner with my family since I was child. Now I am 47 and bring my wife and my 87 year old mother with the expectation of a great meal, and a great value. Something for everyone.

A great place to bring family and have great food. The waitress was very friendly and fast taking our orders. The owner greets us the very moment we opened the doors and brought us to the table. I recommend this place 100%.

Food is good. Staff is friendly. The home fries suck. Not crispy at all. Get fries instead with your breakfast. Coffee always taste burnt too. Those are my 2 issues. Other than that this diner gets 3 stars

No clue what all these good reviews are about. We did not like this diner at all. Both of ur fountain drinks were flat to start. The diner felt gross and dirty on the inside. I was not impressed

Great diner!! This is what every diner should be like, open 24 hrs, huge menu variety, always clean, friendly and attentive staff. Pancakes and coffee, my usual dish, are always spot on.
