I have never left a bad review in my life. I do understand that this is not a five star restaurant, but every time I go in the restaurant, I am never greeted as a customer. I am the one that has to initiate conversation first. They never smile, rarely speak and will just give me my food and my change and then I leave. I only go to this bagel place because it is the one close to my home, but I am done giving my money to this establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be finding another deli place to spend my money. They could really benefit on customer service classes to smile and speak to their customers when they enter the store. I guess business is good enough that they can ignore their customers....

LOVE how juicy the bagels are. Normally we dont get a flavored schmear but today we got the veggie and the salmon. So fresh! Chunks of veggies and real pieces of salmon, not the "prefab" spreads that some places get. Nice atmosphere. Friendly people. Fills the gap that was lost from TR Bagel shutting down, but way better.

Brooklyn Bagels is a great place! We look forward to our weekly visits on Saturday morning for the fabulous bagels. Lap is a real professional. The atmosphere is very friendly too. The owner, Kelly and Mike all treat us like friends. We lve this place!

Do not spend your money here!! My bagel was handled without gloves , after handling money. The man refused to make a new bagel and tried to kick me out!! Never again! Terrible, terrible customer service

Incompetent, Specifically ordered a HOT sandwich. It was cold! Sandwich overpriced and missing toppings ... Shouldve given WaWa or dunkin donuts my money.
