Place sucks! Only thing good was the soup. The Steak and White Cheddar Panini was burnt and tasted like garbage. Took 15 mins to get my food when I was the only person waiting. After about 12 mins I asked where my food was and 1 employee said oh im not sure, im just a dish guy.I was there with my son, employees dont care, enjoy playing instead of serving there customers and when there friends visit they think its cute to use foul language. Thats really not cool especially when little children are around!! 3 ladies with there children came in after me to order after I was already seated with my food, and they were extremely disappointed with the service! Im currently still seated and I keep hearing them say there out certain bread and soup?!?! Like really 8:00PM on a Saturday?! Bread is in the title of there business haha and they run out ???? My son and I started laughing because of that! Hopefully they get some responsible people working here because the food is good when its made right! As of now at 8:32PM on 4/9/2016 I left, all the kitchen staff is messing around with there friends and the manager is just sitting down with his friends not managing his highschool staff! I know the meaning of being young and having fun but theres a time and place for it! If you want a great experience, the Howell and East Brunswick locations know how to run correctly!

Horrible service. I ordered a to-go service today. I was suspicious initially itself based on the way the person took the order, though he got the order right and charged me accordingly. They messed up by not giving me everything i ordered, luckily i verified and found out before heading home. They said they fixed it and there you go i had asked to add chicken for which i was charged extra as well. But there you go, i go home open up my sandwich and no chicken. :(, also instead of mediterranean veggie plus chicken i got regular veg sandwich. They messed up twice. Cummon.. How often a professional service does that. Also i must mention that quantity is very less compared to other Panera bread. If at all you opt to go to this panera bread just cross verify atleast 2 times.

I dine at Panera all over Jersey at least once a week sometimes more. Every one I go to is clean, polite, and quick.... Except for the one in Freehold on main street. Each time I think maybe its just that day...but nope, its bad every time! Slow service, dirty, not very friendly.... I have waited too long, sat at dirty table, received dirty silverware, wilted salad and today my chicken was Ice Cold! I will continue to use Panera but not this one. P. S. The young man cleaning the tables is the nicest hardest worker in the place!!

As usual, food and cleanliness were fine. However, I paid about $6.00 for what was supposed to be a half sandwich, but I have to think its size was more like an eighth of a sandwich. I asked the girl behind the counter if that size was correct and she shrugged her shoulders as if to indicate "thats corporate for you." At those prices, they have lost me as a customer - too many other places to eat good food at reasonable prices. Bye-bye

There was one person at the register handling a difficult person, manager came out 3 times did,not intervene or get someone else on register. Waited 20 min to order. When I asked to speak with him, he eventually came out but did nothing. They finally got someone else on register after I complained. Got my order forgot to give my my fork for my salad. This used to be wellrun, it does not appear to be any longer.

This is a very nice location with a lot of seating and a very nice ambience. The food is great but Im a little annoyed at how small the portions have become. The sandwiches are about 30% smaller than I remember them from a couple years back. Ill probably go back on occasion but definitely dont see myself as a regular.

The food is always the same its good but the take out portions (salad) is horrible! Its always a lot less than when you eat there. The service is not good, everyone always seems to hate their job. I rarely ever get greeted or have my food given in a friendly manner.

friendly staff, quick service, prices are panera priced ($$$) so dont expect to order anything including breakfast for under $5.00 (most meals will cost around 10) coffee is decent, breakfast sandwiches are decent. whats not to like its panera :)

Great place for a quick, delicious bite. Also, we had the sweetest cashier named Gen. Very sweet to our little family. The line went quickly even though it looked daunting at first. The French onion soup was particularly good :)

Maybe this is an old store but they had to get me water for my tea, the teabags were in one place and the condiments on the other side of the store. Just disnt seem to have the same consistency other Pancras have.

I used the rapid order online and their bathroom, and both were great! They got my order right and the bathroom was clean and in working order, which are the two things I require from a Panera Bread! :-)
