The food is good, theres no questions about that, but a few times I have walked out of there pissed. A week ago, I placed a Rapid Pick Up order, and then order some more on the store as some items were blocked online. I was told they didnt have the bread that I wanted, but only a few minutes later, I saw loads of it by the picking up area. Then the cashier rang my order wrong. As if that was not enough, I had to ask for my online order as it was not completed. The sandwiches were not put on the press as requested. I ended up living the store 46 minutes after I walked in, pissed. And for some reason, the person working on the line kept offering free chips that I didnt need, as if thats gonna make up for it . We dont want free food, we just want what we paid for to be done right in the first place.

Lady in front of me while waiting for our orders to be ready was being very rude to the workers. She was upset that her order wasnt ready quick enough. She threatened the workers that if they didnt hurry up she was going to write a bad review. Unbelievable! They have the names on a screen so you know what place in line you are. I waited no longer then 5 mins. Therefore, I am giving the place 5 stars for the patient employees who were very polite to this obnoxious patron.

Very rude staff. The manager apologized, but overall terrible customer service. Ive called this location several times for phone orders and spoke to the same female staff member. She first hung up while I was speaking, then refused to give her name when asked who was helping me and spoke with a rude attitude. Refused to help place an order or answer product questions. Im very nice, just had a question; no need for this treatment.

The food is fine here just as good as all the other Panera Breads. But now you order through a kiosk, sit at a table and they bring it out to you. The person who brought me my food was pretty much emotionless. They have lost their personal touch and that hurts the experience. Also had to deduct a little because its a tough location with bad parking.

The menu is very over priced. When you order a whole sandwich, the side of bread that is given is larger than the sandwich. The bread was stale, the order was beyond wrong. Sandwich was missing items ordered as well as toppings. Last time I will EVER go to this place. No wonder the Westfield location shut down. Rip off, and overall poor quality.

The workers are pleasant the supervisors are Pleasant the place is clean .They always make sure you have everything that you need. I told my parents about it they eat there 2 times a week my sister goes once a week just love it its great I go 3 time a week boys get the Apple Fuji

A friend and I ordered the new watermelon and feta cheese salad yesterday. We were both very disappointed. There was much too much bitter lettuce and mint leaves, not enough watermelon and cheese. We agreed it was not up to Panera standards and would not order it again.

I hate the fact that i must hunt for real food! Because this is close to where i work it more convenient than my neighborhood! Because these types of places only seem to be placed in devised neighborhoods i rate it 2 stars! The other star is for existing!
