I ordered food yesterday online to pick up. Went to the location to pick up and had to wait (defeats the purpose of ordering online) Once i returned back to work my friend and i realized that there was missing items and i was given the wrong salad. I called the manager offered us a free meal. The next day we made an order and my friend picked it up. Once we opened up our meals we both had short black hair in our food, to what looked like pubic hairs. So i called the manager again his excuse was that he has no females working today and maybe it came from my friend. I explained that one thats a dumb excuse and two my friend hair is long and brown. His next response was sorry i dont have females working here. Horrible food and horrible service. never going back.

Since first coming here, the service has gone down tremendously - its just one person serving the entire place, but also, the food has done the same. The $7-9 burgers are now the same size as the kids meal ones (literally) so I came back recently to get a salad. I ordered the Baja Cobb, and when I got it, it was a salad with some greens, tomatoes, cheese, chicken, and jalapenos. There was no (chipotle) dressing or guacamole, so I waited at the counter for 10 minutes to get both. Smash burger can do better.

Pretty sure everyone working there is on crystal meth - main manager refuses to look customers in the eye or listen adequately, instead gazing off to the food coming out of the kitchen. As a result, orders are getting completely screwed up. The kitchen is slow even with an empty restaurant. Also, another time, I got scolded by the cashier for saying chicken burger instead of sandwich, even though its on their menu as chicken burger. Avoid this location and go to Parsippany if you have to.

There was no distinction between the taste of the burger, sweet potato fries, or onion strings, it tasted as though the meal prepared in the same oil and then left to sit in the oil. When the onion strings were poured out of the container I could have filled up a small condiment container

I went here Christmas Eve and it was closed an hour early but the manager promised me when I came back that my meal will be on him and he honored that promise thats awesome I had about $40 worth of food and he honored his promise and not only my meal but my daughters also that was great

Had a great experience at Smashburger. My son accidentally ordered the wrong thing and was very upset/embarassed (hes 5). The manager came over, gave him the meal he had meant to order, a few coupons and overall was a super dude. Also, GOOD BURGERS!

The Cashier was not so friendly and the bathrooms were not kept up. Smell of the bathroom was horrible. Service to our table was great but order was wrong. 5 time in here and still no change.

My son loves this place. Which is great for him but not my wallet. Staff is friendly and fast. The food is hot, and not much of a wait. All in all a pretty good burger joint.
