Lapin and I came here last weekend as we were in the area and it had a cute decor. The small cafe has ample seating and friendly staff members. In the corner, has a free arcade game of Street Fights but we couldnt get it to work. We ordered a couple of donuts and a cold brewed coffee for $13.95 total. We got the Blueberry donut ($3.70), Maple Bacon ($3.50) and Salt Caramel ($3). A bit pricey but in line with prices of "artisanal" donut places in the City. The donuts were okay nothing spectacular or noteworthy. We were there at 11am but the doughnuts tasted a bit stale. The bacon doughnut has the two paltry pieces of bacon and that was it -- barely any glaze too. They say the donuts are made fresh daily, but I beg to differ. The iced coffee was on spot and they use Stumptown coffees but the bags are more pricier here than in other places.

I went here today for the first time. The coffee I ordered was amazing. The donut I ordered sits uneaten, because I havent felt like eating it yet. I came to write specifically about the staff. Two guys were working. Three people were seated chatting together with one of the guys who made my coffee. The entirety of the time I was there -- albeit, perhaps five minutes -- I was treated to the incessant bitching about their annoying customers. Now, I have worked in the service industry, and know full well how enchanting some people can be to serve. I have to say though, as the sole customer, I felt really unwelcome. I have a feeling thats not how Gypsy Donut would like their customers to feel, but perhaps they actually want to alienate the people who give them money. Good coffee, shitty vibe.

I was a kickstarter backer of this store, but actually trying their donuts exceeded my expectations. It is clear that the staff both care about the quality of their donuts, coffee, and other drinks, and want to make sure their customers enjoy themselves. From the quirky and interactive decor (wifi still isnt working on that typewriter?) to explaining every step of their pour-over coffee if you ask, the attention to detail is outstanding. Their Maple-Bacon donut is their signature item, but I have yet to find a flavor from their ever-changing menu that I have not thoroughly enjoyed. Im not a coffee drinker, but they have plenty of other varieties of quality drinks to quench your thirst. Visit. Enjoy. Share.

Gypsy Donut is my go-to place for my sugar cravings! Not only can you find amazing donuts here (be sure to check out the weekly specials!), but they have some even better whoopies and drinks (ask them to mix the lemonade and iced tea). While you sit down and munch on their handfuls of awesome, prop up you laptop and get some work done - they even offer chargers for your convenience!

A usual stop during my rides, Gypsy is a Stumptown Coffee shop (good coffee) and makes their own donuts. There are usually a decent selection including a few rotating flavors (new each week). Donuts are usually pretty good. All-in-all a good place to grab a coffee and snack if you are in the Nyack area

쫄깃쫄깃하고 신선한 수제 도넛을 경험할수있는 곳입니다. 이곳에 도넛을 경험하면 일반 프랜차이즈 도넛은 더이상 먹을수없습니다. 에스프레소 도 수준급입니다.

Gypsy Donut is the "other" place in Nyack to go for coffee and a pastry in Nyack. Gypsy sells decadent donuts and really good coffee and even better espresso. For some reasons, mostly racers go here and recreational riders go elsewhere. The only downside is the limited seating inside.

Best coffee anywhere. My kids love the donuts, and I always enjoy the biscuits and savory brioche. They use really high quality ingredients, and I love that they try to source them locally whenever possible. Great selection of local beer and spirits, too.

I love this place, great donuts and coffee, this place is also a very cool space and my new place to stop in Nyack for my turn around point for my rides. The last time I was there I had an amazing strawberry custard filled, cant wait to go back.

Gypsy Donuts is our destination when we ride our bicycles north on 9W from Grants Tomb in Manhattan. Awesome coffee and artisinal donuts that cost a bit more, but will blow your mind with their symphonic intermingling of flavors and textures.

I love the chillness of the atmosphere, the slightly neglectful (for like, two minutes, but Im needy) but friendly staff, the funny tip jars (youll know when you see it). Oh, and the coffee and doughnuts are REALLY good.

I have been everywhere for coffee and this is the spot. They carry Stumptown and their donuts are legendary (good combo). Only negative is the lack of space and that is a reach. Stop here and you wont be disappointed.

Best kyoto that Ive ever tried. Though its small, if you find a place to sit, youll enjoy the atmosphere, coffee and amazing donuts. One of the top places in Nyack to chill and/or even get some work done.

Read mixed reviews on yelp about Gypsy but decided to give it a try. Cute place, good coffee (stumptown) but the donuts, they were awful, dry & rubbery. Among the worst Ive ever had and way overpriced!

Great espresso. Most espresso focused place in Nyack. Donuts are great as well, though might not be for everyone. Can be a little cramped for space on the weekends. Good for beer as well in the evenings.

Fun little donut place that also serves biscuit and gravy on the weekends. Free wifi. Gets crowded pretty quickly because the space is so small. Delicious donuts and lots of good coffee options.

Excellent coffee and good food, with a comfortable atmosphere and very friendly staff. A bit small, so seating could be difficult, but its cozy and welcoming. Would easily recommend!

3rd wave coffee shop serving Stumptown coffee. Very nice cold brew and pour overs. Im not a fan of sweets with coffee, but the donuts are pretty tasty afterwards.

I really dont like this place. Would rather go to dunkin donuts. At least at DD there is seating for customers? This place is the oppposite or "do not miss".

My favorite coffee spot in town! They have a wide variety of brews and blends and for someone who loves cold brew they have a good selection for that.

Wonderful donuts. The store itself is small and crowded on Saturday with bikers, but the creations are worth wading through the human traffic.
