I looked for a different place to take my 9 year old daughter. I have heard that their food was great. I went on line and found the location on route 3 east. Went there with my girl. The place looked good with a nice environment. We were seated by a friendly young lady. Then we were waiting and waiting and nobody came to our table to serve us. I saw that 3 families that came after us were being helped. The place was just 50 % filled and we had waited for 15 minutes. The three families that came after us had someone with them within 2 minutes. I got up and asked one of the waiters if someone could help us. He asked me to wait a moment. He went and asked a young lady I think her name is Tiffany, They were both arguing neither one of them wanted to take care of us. two minutes later the young man came to tell me that someone else was going to come to wait for us. I gave the guy 2 minutes and left. I complained to the manager but my experience was ruined. I guess I will never know how good their food is. I have heard the business is good. They probably do not need mine. We went to Chilis, good food, good service. I visited this Restaurant on 10/12/2013 at 12:45 PM

There are several reasons I did not like this place. First we placed orders for drinks and an appetizer, as well as our food order. The drinks and appetizer took forever to get to the table. I asked them to leave the horseradish sauce off my sandwich. I dont know if it was the waiters fault or the kitchen but again the food took forever. Waiter was very inattentive. The only time we saw him was when he took the order and served the food. Surprising for a place that should have been more crowded on Mothers Day. We asked for refill on drinks, no one came. We asked for refill on the bottomless fries, didnt get them. Final straw was that we made the mistake of ordering a dessert again, it took forever and only came with one dipping sauce ( barely covering the bottom of the cup..this place used to be good. I dont what happened. Stay away. POOR FOOD AND EVEN POORER SERVICE!!! BTW, I had more than enough time to write this review and edit it before the bill came.

Went on a Saturday night and had a black and blue burger, wife had Avo-Cobb-O salad. Lets start with the burger, Ive been coming back to this place for the past 3 years every couple of weeks for one of these and they were always great, however something has clearly changed. The burger was unrecognizable from all my previous encounters with it, a big letdown. The salad on the other hand was also not anywhere close to what the menu said. When we asked our waitress about the differences in the salad we were informed that they were out of some ingredients (including eggs...seriously? you ran out of eggs? ). Quick Tip: If you dont have the ingredients needed for the meal...dont make the meal. Additionally later that night after getting back home I got sick and ended up throwing up my burger...yum

Wish there was an option for no stars. Was just there the service was terrible took forever, to take our drinks, we gave our whole order in at once the appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip) took forever and it wasnt even hot it was room temperature, after we scarfed it down because we were starving we were yet again waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for our burgers. When our burgers finally arrived they were ice cold, and our burgers, ya you guessed it they were ice cold too, the waitress asked if we would like fresh ones and I just asked for the check, no point in waiting another hour for another cold burger. First and last time going to Red Robin. (Have no idea how this place has more than a 3 star rating.)

We were in the mood for a really good, juicy burger and had never been here....I now realize I wouldve been better off at the local diner. For this place to be known as a Burger place they should, at the very least, make their own! Our obviously, previously frozen burgers arrived cold, they were thin, rubbery and had no taste, Ive honestly had better at a fast food place. We ordered a normal size shake, it was a 1/4 filled in a 20oz cup with mostly whipped cream. The service was good, the smiling waitress was attentive but the gentleman who I assume was the manager was rude. When I approached him about the shake he seemed bothered then had a snarky and sarcastic response. Not a good look.

Waitress was very friendly and sweet. That is the end if the positive experience. Fries were cold, burger was hot. Childs grilled cheese was loaded with salt! It was like they salted the bread as they toasted the sandwich. There were a ton of little bugs flying around, they were the size of gnats and we could see clusters of them just hovering. Had to bat bugs away when we were eating. Management is aware of the issue, so why are there still bugs. They offered to discount our meal because I brought the bugs to the waitresss attention. Wont be back here.

We ordered 2 entrees & both featured avocados. Our meals came w no avocados which we realized AFTER server brought them to us. We notified our waiter & after checking the kitchen, he came back saying they were out of avocados. He did offer a substitution, but we felt that we should have been (1) informed of no avocados before our order was taken, or (2) there were no avocados when our meals were brought. We should not have had to figure it out ourselves & not been informed of a key missing ingredient. Very disappointed w their disregard for their customers.

Service was so trash. They took so long to get to our table we literally could have got up and left. The waitress gave us and attitude the whole time we there , it was like she hated her job. On top of that when we paid for our checks she said we can keep the checks like we were going to give her the remainder of the money as a tip. She did that without us even telling her. Just save yourself the trouble and go to another burger joint.

Okay so I went here for Valentines Day thinking i was going to have a great dinner because Ive never had a problem with Red Robins before until I went to this one. First off they gave some other people my food, so I had to wait for it even longer to make it again. It was burnt gross and the desert was hard and cold. Second they gave me the wrong bill and then they decided to give themselves a tip when I clearly didnt give them one.

Cannot rate the food! La Quintana Clifton Branch. The experience I had with my family was really bad. We came in so the waiter seated us they had a lot of empty tables. After 5 minutes the manager comes and says they seated us by mistake and we had to give our table to someone else. So we just gave up the table and left, we took our business elsewhere and we didnt regret it. Such a bad first and last time!
