My step-mother went to order a simple burrito supreme for lunch and the manager got into her face and started to scream in her face and quoted "i dont know what you want" and proceeded to follow her into the parking lot still screaming at her. There was an unidentified woman getting out of her car and decided just to leave. My family will never step foot in this establishment again. I feel this said person should be dismissed. My grandparents own two stores in Belleville and if we ran our businesss that way we would be out of a job. Managers should know what is on the menu and they should excell at customer service. This is not a face that I would want to represent my business.

(DRIVE THRU) Specifically asked NO MEAT- Its written on my receipt and still got meat. Very disappointing! I do not write many one star reviews, but when my order was repeated and written, Id expect it to be correct. The drive through wait was over 5 min so I actually thought they were looking for the beans I had asked for (I was so grateful). The young lady in the window even said sorry for the wait. Had me excited for the wrong order...

Usually a wait here but because they are busy. The food is always hot and well made. Never had an order missing/wrong items. The dining area has plenty of seats and very clean. There is a drive through and a small parking lot that can get crowded at times. Overall this is local restaurant that I frequent and will continue to do so when Im in the mood for fast food Mexican style food.

I think they may have put old lettuce the two times Ive been there, and the workers (maybe new? Training?) Wrap my order upside down so when I open the wrapping stuff dripped out :/ theyre also not generous on fillings like the other taco bells nearby. I love taco Bell tho hopefully this location improves since its closer to me

This location has been getting worse lately - the burritos are less stuffed than they used to be, the service is slower than it used to be, and ever since the remodel, the seating is way less comfortable (or plentiful) than it used to be.

Who ever runs the morning shift does an amazing job. The staff in the morning are always friendly and fast. The night shift crew are always rude and mess up your order. Always check your bag before you drive off at night.

Recently remodeled inside and out this Taco Bell is a great place for your 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th meal. Its not authentic Mexican specialities, its Taco Bell. Quick, tasty, and affordable makes for a winning combo.
