Most of the staffs are Hispanics and Filipinos, they are very efficient in their jobs. But sometimes especially at night when most of them are already tired, they lost their fire working. I think the manager must learn how to inspire their staffs to have some fun and smile while working. So the costumers can feel energized and at home at Popeyes. In the area, in Essex county, this is the best Popeyes restaurant because of its dynamic and energetic staffs. Just dont expect them to be of high energy two hours before closing time.

I have been going to this place since they opened up. They are by far THE BEST Popeyes. The food is always good, trust me, the chicken is always nice and crispy, very well seasoned, and the sides are always on point. I love, love, love the managers there. I have tried other Popeyes locations in the area, there is NO comparison. This is THE BEST place to go. I wont say Ive never had a problem there, but the manager is quick to fix any issues. Go there you wont be sorry.

This place is a hidden gem. There is a medium-sized menu available but then come the questions of dosa or uttapam? What kind of sauce? The very kind gentleman gave me great recommendations based on the types of flavors I like (anything spicy!). The lassi was great as well. Its a very casual place, doesnt look like anything special but the food definitely is!

A standard Popeyes, but VERY convenient (right over the Passaic bridge from Bears stadium in Newark). Clean, good food. Servers can be surly at times, but with the stampedes in and out of this place its small wonder. Right next door to a Dunkin Donuts so dessert is covered. Convenient to the Hampton Inn Suites across the street.

The manager Chris was rude, no customer service skills at all. And was happy to turn away customers without offering a solution. If we as customers are not respected we should spend out dollars elsewhere.

Can be very crowded, and can wait for 20 minutes. Some customers are not very nice and during my only visit, there are quarrels because they run out of some dishes.
