I dont normally bother reading fast food places, because I generally find them all to be about the same. However, I was really impressed. The location was spotless and the staff was really pleasant. Our food came out hot and in a timely manner. When I went back to get dessert, they were very accommodating when I asked for a cup to share the ice cream with the toddler, and were even nice enough to give me a little extra for her. The service was exceptional.

I have never been so upset about a fast food experience. The woman repeated read my order wrong and then got angry with me when i kept repeating myself. Then i drive up to the window and she is glaring at me and her and her coworker are laughing at me. Then after the worst customer service i have ever experience the food came out disgusting. I got chicken fries and they were hard and unedible. Will never return to this location.

cant even make a double cheeseburger right. The cheese goes in the middle of the patties so now its cheese double meet then pickle and ketchup I know its just fast food but dang at least place the cheese where it can semi melt and become a little balanced, its also protocol how Burger King makes its sanwhiches in specific order...there are reason for this and they simply dont care about how they serve their customers

Why cant people get your order right you order 6 whoppers and you should get 6 whoppers and when you call them about it they tell you they are going to write it in their "book" they should. You dont have access to their "book" they dont even care any more. When I was at the store earlier I asked to speak to a manager about something totally different they said the manager wasnt in

Waited 10 mins in line before ordering. Waited a few minutes after ordering to get to the window, only to be told after I paid that my nuggets were just then being dropped and had to wait another 3 minutes for them to cook. The nuggets finally came, no sauce or even napkins in the bag.

First time in my life that I went to a drive through fast food restaurant that asked me to pull up to the front of the restaurant "and they would bring me my food." I waited 5 minutes or so, went in and got a refund. Wth kind of fast food place is run like this?

Nice & clean very courteous and caring employees who will go to Every extreme to make sure you are very satisfied this is my most favorite Burger King anywhere that I have ever traveled and then too you will truly enjoy this place

We were literally the only customers, inside or out. Waited at the window for, Im not even kidding, fifteen minutes before they took our cash while we watched three employees chat it up with eachother

This is my regular Burger King. My order is never wrong and they are quick to serve. Even on Whopper Wednesday when its busy the workers do a great job keeping the pace.
