I noticed this new Smashburger while I was in the area, although it has probably been around for a while since I dont often stop at this shopping center. There are no obvious issues with access to the strip mall since you have to take the exit to Fairview Blvd anyway and once youre on the correct road, there are a few ways in and out of there. Parking seemed adequate too since I noticed a lot more parking spaces along the edge of the lot. Inside, the dining area was reasonably clean and a spot check of the dining area tables showed that they have indeed been keeping those clean. Probably the only issue was the cashier couldve explained a bit better why they were so insistent that I order the side immediately after ordering each burger when I have multiple burger orders. Aside from that, everything went smoothly. The burger looked pretty good and had adequate toppings. The spicy buffalo fries, ordered separately from the burger, was a pretty large portion. However, the fries were very unevenly salted so some fries were plain while others were like the Dead Sea. Hopefully, theyll work on their seasoning technique more. I still do think Smashburger prices their food on the high side for something that isnt terribly complicated to make, but its more of a treat than an everyday kind of food, so thats tolerable.

Grabbed a big classic burger last night to go only to be very disappointed. The bread was soggy, the meat was too undercooked to finish, and the toppings were hanging of one side. This experience was worth one star, but I am putting 2 since other times I have gotten a burger to go and the burgers were fine.

Have never had a bad meal at a Smashburger and this one was equally tasty. Be sure to try the "New Jersey" with applewood smoked bacon and blue cheese. Cant beat it.

Dirty restaurant and bathrooms, slow service, overly salted food and dont expect crispy fried foods or for your order to be right. Not worth the price at all.
