Ate here plenty of times years ago and it was always good food but lately if I just go in for a small side of fries I wait 15 minutes. Today, my friends and I stopped in and got our food to go. They put an insane amount of condiments on my hot dog and put it upside down in the box and gave it to me that way. I also got gluten free regular fries and most of them were soggy and there was a random sweet potato frie in there! Thank goodness I do not have celiac because who knows if that piece of food that wasnt supposed to be in there was contaminated. I havent seen a manager in there any of the recent times Ive come in. My friend who also got a hot dog and a milk shake today ended up vomiting it an hour or so after she ate there. This place has really turned into a terrible place to go.

Here all the time. Only issue is there salads, not very good, need to expand and get different options like kale or spinach. Plus the lettuce is not fresh some kind of shredded "taco bell" stuff. After new managment it kinda went or going a lil south, they are going kinda light on the fries, we were so used to all the workers there and they new us now its different. Ok here we go I dont know why we come here. Here on 8-23-17 and can you believe they dont have any salt. Really. No salt shakers in the building. We have to go across the street to friendlys for salt. They claim they do not know where the shakers are.

Well, my experience was gruesome. And thats an understatement. The wait that felt like an eternity that was not worth the pathetic burger that was bland, greasy and on a comedically large bun. One bite made me feel like I had the cholesterol level of an 800 pound man. After, getting the ringworms flushed out of my colon system, I dont think i will ever participate in the dining at this restaurant ever again.

About a year or so ago, I had their tuna burger with avocado. I never really had anything like it, and I personally wanted to hold the avocado. Im glad I forgot. I had my tuna burger medium done, and it was absolutely perfect. The avocado was an amazing addition to the tuna. Overall the place itself had a nice and comfortable atmosphere. Id love to go for another tuna burger there some day!

I ate here maybe a month ago. Sauces and fries were good, but it was the blandest burger Ive ever encountered. Same for my boyfriends burger. We both got the burger 101. It was weird because Ive had unseasoned beef burgers that were much more flavorful so Im not sure how it was possible. The buns were bland too. Just mouthfuls of blah. Im kind of curious how they even managed to do that.

Im here today and although I like burger 21 today wasnt a good day ..... short staff ice machine was broke ..... soap machine on the floor did not work. ... cheese not fully melted on burger . . The burger was still good fries not on point the lady manager is busting her ass ..... maybe hey had call outs .... I will return tho today just wasnt a great day

Love this place. Their burgers are very good and their burger special never disappoints. Their fries are very good as well and you can get an entire basket of them. In rod the unique things about this place, is the sauce selection for the fries. There are about 10 or so sauces and they are very good. I go to this place all I the time.

My girlfriend and I have gone to several burger places around south Jersey and usually end up back at Five Guys. That is until we came here for our third time and I ordered the "Black & Bleu". I fell in love. Very happy with the burgers here and the staff is more than friendly. Nothing but good things to say about this spot.

Since 1973 I have been searching for a burger that was as good as one I use to have at a restaurant in Norwalk, Connecticut, it was called a Cheddar cheese rarebit steerburger, and it was incredible. Well the Black and Blue at Burgers 21 is at least that good. Great job! I go there any chance I get.

The food was good, although I waited almost a half hour for my meal. The meal was 3 little chicken fingers and a hand full of fries, for $9. I do not recommend burger 21 to anyone. It is overpriced for the small amount of food and the service is extremely slow.

I came in around 2pm and the place was pretty clean. The staff seemed a little annoyed to be at work, but who isnt. The burgers were terrible. No doubt previously frozen. I know why there is a bar here; so you can drown your sorrow and regret for coming here.

Usually pretty good but customers are cleaning up tables so they can sit down. Way under staffed. Looks like only one cook on duty. Waiting over 30 minutes for fries and a burger. Still waiting as Im writing this. No manager on premises that I can see.

Called in an order, was told 17 minutes, got there At the time they said and waited over 30 more minutes. This place is horrible...the burger wasnt even cooked how I asked (medium) an I ended up with an incredibly dry puck of over cooked meat.

Was so impressed!! Were not from the area and were looking for a good burger place and found this.. was absolutely delicious! We had both seafood burgers and the black and bleu.. thumbs up all around! Oh and super kid friendly too!!

They seriously make the BEST burgers, fries, milkshakes and chicken sandwiches in the area. The service is always friendly and speedy. Its literally one of our favorite places to go!!
