I waited 32 minutes to buy three $6 burgers at this "fast food" restaurant, even though there were no other customers in the store! Their advertisements make you think that their burgers are as good as Five Guys. They are not even close, even though they cost as much. Wayback burgers are more on a par with Mickey Ds double cheeseburgers, which cost $1.25. Waybacks fries, shakes, and other food are almost flavorless and are very expensive. Their employees are as rude and nasty as they come. This was the biggest waste of $34 that we have ever spent on anything. We could have gotten better food in the same quantity at the golden arches for $8, and not had to wait so long!

I like the burgers here. They are fresh, juicy and tasty. The fresh made chips are really good. Reason for a3 tasting are: 1) the portion size of the chips is really small. Also inconsistent from one visit to another. 2) The employees, including the manager, like to hide out in the back room when the place is empty. Eagles in once and had to wait almost 5 minutes before someone came out. 3) The place is always freezing. I think the employees set the temperature so they are comfortable in the grill area, which makes it cold in the customer area. The thermostat is right there and on one visit it indicated the temperature as 67. Thats cold for indoors.

This is honestly better than five guys. Cooked burger quickly, Burger tasted amazingly juicy while it was well done. Fast casual environment is OK. Also a tiny bit cheaper than other burger joints. It was not crowded, so that might of kept service and food good. One complaint, nobody wants to hear old pop music from 2005. I expect a variety of music from all decades and genres.

Went there with my family of 6. Took forever to get our simple meal of burgers, chicken and French fries! And then our milkshakes came out after the meal and they were the wrong sizes!

I enjoyed the burger and fries we had from this place. Simple menu and made to order helped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Still on the hunt for the best burger in South Jersey :)

If you have 3 hours to kill, this is your place. 2 hours in line and min 30 min to get food. Save time... Drive to Five Guys.
