The wings here are the best Ive ever had, the Honey wings are amazing.Everything Ive had so far has been good, all apps-love the Nachos and the roast beef sandwich. Just moved around here and was looking for a place to go on a Sat. Night. The front had a older crowd which I liked,seemed like a lot of locals, all friendly. The back had a younger crowd and good music for dancing.

Awesome food, friendly servers, a Great local place. The homemade wings are well known around this area and never disappoint! The people are a nice crowd, no rough stuff, or anything questionable. Children are welcome for family meals and there is never anything that would make me think twice about taking them. The rear deck is an open air Sports like bar. Love this place!

South Jersey is wing country, and Whistlers wings are every bit as good as Cinnaminsons other famous wing-house. The difference is Whistlers smokehouse that puts out the best ribs anywhere (take a walk around the building to see the historic old smokehouse). The back deck is nice, but I like the old school feel inside especially with Jackie behind the bar.

It looks like a house, which I think is amusing - especially since Im not from the area. I had the chicken wings and they were an 8 out of ten, but nothing to write home about - delicious though, and Id order them again. The atmosphere is nice, the pricing is reasomable, and the waitress was pleasant.

Food is ok. Beer selection ok. Outdoor deck is nice, unless you sit next to the deejay that needs to blast the music at full volume. Guess Im getting old. So many other choices out there if you want a bigger beer selection and tastier food, so Im not sure why so many people love this place.

The wings ate the next best thing to the jug handle. The ranch fries are to die for. Sundays during football season are great. They play a ton of games and wings are half price during eagles games. Great beer selection. Huge outside deck area thats great for younger crowds.

The average bar, hard to give it a bad review knowing what is around the area. But I personally didnt like the fries that made. Besides that food is good and the alcohol is about average price. Services quick and everyone seems to be happy and enjoying their jobs.

Ignore the other posts. seriously... Whistlers is ok if youre hanging with the after work group but the food is mediocre and the service is slow. The main dishes are ok so stuck with the appetizers. This is a far cry from when it was The American House.

Great wings and after their back deck upgrade its a great place to hang out. The inside is a bit cramped and old fashioned, but it adds to the charm. Theyve got the standard beer selection in addition to a list of craft beers that are updated often.

I remember this restaurant as the American House from many years back. It still has the same charm with the addition of a wonderful patio that is nice for an outdoor experience. The staff are friendly and the menu has some great specials.
