Ive been to this location a few times now and I have to say what a pleasure this restaurant is to be in. Fast service, attentive waitstaff, delicious food and decent prices. And best of all, never ending fries and drink refills. What else can you ask for? We ordered different selections each time and we were not disappointed. I do recommend the steak mushroom onion and horseradish burger. That was next level burger consumption. I dont think Ive had a better burger in my life. If you are hankering for a quality burger eating experience, this is the place to go, If you want a place you can feed even the most picky Vegan/vegetarian, this is the place.to go, If you dont eat pork, this is the place to go, if you like fish burgers eat here...want to experiment on new burger combos that will knock your socks off, this is the place. We will be back.

The veggie burgers are horrible, what they consider vegetables is rice tofu one little piece of mushroom and that is it, I told the manager I wasnt happy with the burger, nothing was done I receive my bill it was a full Bill full price, Ive been told the manager I didnt feel as though I should pay for that the salad was small and Hara why didnt touch it and the burger was ridiculous, she then said maybe we can negotiate and take half off, thats not the way to to service, if I didnt bring it to her attention the second time that I feel as though I should not have to pay nothing would have happened and taken half of the price off its just ridiculous. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant we left her a $8 tip she consoling apologize I explained it wasnt for her to apologize if anyone was more the manager should have handle it the proper way.

Weve visited this location multiple times since the grand opening. Unfortunately instead of remaining our go-to place for burgers, both quality of food and service have declined. Our most recent visit was on a Monday night where you would think service would be quick and the food hot off the grill. Wrong on both accounts. Seriously wasnt ridiculously long, but our food server forgot simple things like taking our menus after ordering and leaving straws with drinks. Mind you, the place was not busy and again, it was a Monday night. Our food was served cold and I do not feel two strips of bacon and a charred burger are worth the wait and $13. Head down the road to Zinburger or the other way for Smashburger for better food and service as far as burgers go.

Took the server forever to come over to us. Im a waitress and I was even starting to get impatient when I noticed other seated after us receiving drinks and apps when we hadnt been seen yet. My burger was soggy, cold and disgusting. Within 24 hours I had food poisoning. I know it was because of the burger because my fiancé and I had the same food except for that burger. It was highly disappointing.

After all the hype, I figured this place would have the greatest burgers Ive ever tasted. Turns out, theyre just so-so. Part of my dissatisfaction was with the let-down in my expectations. If youre going to tease me with all those commercials, Red Robin, then you need to follow through on your promises! Mostly, its TGIFridays with a focus on mediocre burgers.

The food was really good. But thwybwanted me to use this clunky kiosk. I never pay with a card when I go out so the this ng ease useless. They tried to get me to order from the thing and it was all but useleas. If they keep using the thing Ill probably skip them for a burger where u can order from a person.

On more than one vist, weve gotten dirty dishes, over seasoned food or improper description of food. I loved our first few visits but the more we come the worse our experience gets..... Going to take a time out until the revamp.
