Casa Luna has become our familys favorite Mexican restaurant here in NJ. With a Mexican chef running the kitchen and his Italian wife as the manager, this place serves up delicious versions of both the standard dishes and some of their own creations. Its totally friendly and casual -- you feel at home immediately. Its BYO, so you drink whatever youd like at a price youve chosen. So far my favorites are the Shrimp Burrito Mojado, the Veggie Burrito Mojado, Casa Luna Chicken, and the Pollo en Mole Oaxaqueno. No one weve dined with here has ever not loved what they were served. With attentive service and very reasonable prices, were just hoping they stick around for a long time.

Was the first time we visited this restaurant. There was no sign or anything that said we had to go inside first to be seated outside. We sat outside and then some lady, either a waitress or the hostess came outside very rudly and demanded that next time we HAD to go inside first. I didnt mind that we had to go inside, but what I did mind was how rudly she demanded herself to my family and I. She left very rudly, just like a todler that couldnt get some candy. My family and I will not be returning to this place again, rude service.. One last tip, check your food before you start eating it; if youre lucky enough youll find something special, it starts with an H.

The food was very good and fresh. The menu contains a wide selection of traditional Mexican dishes. The service was excellent and friendly. The four of us shared the Table Side Guacamole as an appetizer. We order four different main dishes, fish taco, Chicken Chimichanga, Pollo en Mole Oaxaqueño and the Casa Luna Combo. The Casa Luna Combo consisted of Chicken tamale, Garlic Shrimp & Beef Enchiladas Mole. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys good Mexican food.

The food overall is alright at a best. Nothing special here. The salsa is canned and the chips are from a bag. Waiters and ambiance are nice but in terms or food.....like I said the food is alright AT BEST. We had the chimchanga and fish tacos but I was hugely disappointed. Not a food snob by any means. Hope this helps!

I love the food here, for that alone they would get 5 stars. My issue is the pricing. There is another local Mexican restaurant that is of comparable quality (Acapulco in Raritan) that is less expensive. So I have to wonder why this establishment charges more.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant! The food is always fresh and delicious, the service has always been pleasant and the prices are reasonable. I always enjoy a BYO place too! Everyone I have recommended Casa Luna to has been pleased.

By far the worst tacos Ive ever had in my life. It says a lot about a Mexican place if they cant get tacos right... Extremely disappointed to say the least. Chips and guacamole were the only part of the meal worth eating.

Ironically I have not stepped into actual restaurant but we have order delivery from Casa Luna multiple times. The staff is very friendly and always deliver fresh food. Love their green tamales and their 3s Leches.

Food was so bad we paid for our sodas and walked out , 3 out 4 meals came out cold, broiled fish was was mirowaved, tacos made tacobell look good, Chile relleno inedible. Chips were stale, salsa was from a jar.
