HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Super slow...waitresses chatting with each other, totally ignoring her table. In spite of the repeated history of bad service: have a friend who they forgot to bring the entree out to --did not compensate her in any way, found a STAPLE in my food ---all they did was offer LESS of a cost the next time I was there (not a free meal), & the "clincher" was when I ordered sushi, ate most but could not finish so I asked for a "doggie bag." Of course it took a really long time to finally have someone come to the table --minus a bag--was a manager or owner who told me Id have to PAY ONE DOLLAR to take home the food I could not finish. His reason why not was that they DO NOT ALLOW "TAKE OUT;" So I explained how I sat there & ate--did not "take out" ---he just kept repeating in broken English, "Sign say no take-out!!" I told him I will not pay $1.00 just to take out my own food that I sat right there to eat. He FINALLY begrudgingly "allowed" me to take what remained saying "only one time". I will NEVER go there again!

Ive been to this restaurant about three times and each time Ive had something different. The first time I tried the Chicken Pad Thai which was ok but definitely did not taste like the kind you would get in Thai restaurants, it had more a Chinese spin on it, in my opinion. The next time I tried the lunch bento box with a California Roll, Shumai, and Chicken with Broccoli. It was all definitely on point! Its a huge portion for a lunch special too, so its really hard to finish all the food but you cant beat the price of $11. And finally, I had the two roll lunch special with Crunchy Spicy White Tuna and Salmon Avocado. The salmon definitely tasted very fresh but the crunchy pieces in the tuna seemed kind of stale. Overall, definitely a good place for lunch though, it is usually pretty empty during the day so you can be in and out relatively fast.

Be very careful eating here. Last year I placed a take-out order and when I got home I found a LIVE WORM in my raw fish!! I immediately called them to tell them their fish had worms in it. They could have cared less. All the manager cared about was informing me that I wasnt intitled to a refund because I hadnt eaten it in the restaurant. No concern whatsoever for the quality of their food. The next morning I called the Health Department and reported them. Two weeks later the Health Department called me back and said they had found multiple violations concerning the storage of their fish! This happened over a year ago and perhaps they have cleaned up their act. However I will never set foot in that establishment ever again.

My friends and I went to the place around 4:00 in the afternoon. The place was completely empty. We sat in the Hibachi area, then changed our mind and wanted to sit in the restaurant b/c they would not serve entrée + Hibachi together. The waitress escorted us to our new table and as she was picking up our glasses, she called us stupid under her breath. Then kept badgering us to order our food. Obviously we had already decided on not giving her at tip. When the bill came we asked her for the change and as she went to the register to get it, she called us bitches. None of this was our fault. They need to hire ppl with manners. Will never eat here again, also they charged us to make a dish spicy. WTH.

We have been going to this place for years and have never had a bad experience! We have eaten in the dining room and love to eat at the grill in the back. We even had my Moms 80th birthday party with our family at the habachi grill and every person who attended LOVED the experience! We have always been treated well and the food is consistantly excellent! We ate there tonight, David made us some great food, we will be back soon!!

Not sure where these other people went but I was hesitant to go due to the reviews below. Nevertheless I went and I was thoroughly impressed. Service was not slow at all and it was a pretty busy night. Packed even. The food did take a while but then again, they can take all the time they need as sushi is raw fish and I want that to be made well! All in all, great place and the food is great as well (the sushi is amazing!) :)

I usually enjoy going here for Sushi. Unfortunately, I waited 20 minutes on a Wednesday night (wasnt busy) and not one person came up to ask for our order. The people behind us said they waited a half hour to get their check. It looked like there were only two workers running the place. My boyfriend and I ended up leaving and went down the street to Nagoya which was delicious and had amazing service!

Great food, excellent prices, always clean and fresh. I go about twice a week; love the fact that sushi is 50% off during the week. my friends from other towns around fell in love with the place and Im happy its located in my back yard. Manager is always friendly and accommodating and service is good. Place tends to get busy for above reason! try the red curry for lunch; to die for!!!

Omg!!! The manager is soooo rude!!! They made us (party of 3) seat at hibachi table then the manager came over and said we have to get up and leave because they had a reservation booked last week!! Bullshit!! She was so rude, Ive never ever been in a situation like this ever in my life! They have no respect, if youre a smart individual, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Worst service Ive ever had. Waited over a hour only to see others that came in 20 minutes later receive their food first. Waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave outright. Not a single waitress came by after taking the order. Worst part about it was that I had only ordered 2 rolls.

good food, been there many times. Wonderful airy open room, with a couple booths and many tables. Hibachi tables in the rear. They can get a little busy towards the end of the week at lunchtime... which may lead to a slower than intended service, but well worth the wait. BYOB.

Had a great dine-in lunch experience. Wait staff was attentive, tea was constantly refilled, sushi/sashimi presentation was excellent. Very good value. They also have teppanyaki seating in the back of the restaurant. This is going to become a regular lunch stop for me.

Holy cow, the management really needs to understand you cant have 2 waiters in a large place like this. I felt bad for the waiters, they didnt get to us until 15 minutes after we arrived, then the order took 45 minutes to come out. The only fast item was the bill, LOL!

Worst service ever!!!!!! I waited an hour for someone to even come and take my order. Then the food took another hour to be prepared. My table was never checked on and when we asked for the check it took them 45 minutes to split a check between my group of friends.
