Lamentablemente la parte del restaurante es muy mala su comida hace parecer que en Colombia cocináramos para Animales,No parece que cocinaran para personas, su presentación de los platos son horribles. Ej. Deseaba un delicioso calentado, pero cuando me le llevaron se me quito el apetito por completo, los huevos llevaban casi las cebollas y tomates enteros y a medio preparar, la carne llevaba por encima cebolla mal cortada y sin cocinar. El mondongo unos de los platos más ricos de nuestro país, ellos lo mataron por completo sin sabor y el mondongo horrible. Su panadería es increíble siempre fresco y rico. Por favor recuperen el restaurante y la comida típica colombiana. Entiendo que llevan años pero no deben perder su esencia Colombiana.

I ordered 3 beef empanadas to go for $3. When I got to the car and took a bite, I realized that these were really hard, over fried, old oil taste and had a old meat smell. I threw the one out and thought Id get them else where. But I decided to go back inside the store instead of throwing out the rest and told the owner about my bad experience. She had a nasty attitude and said thats is too bad not my problem you didnt like the empanadas so nothing she can do. But I love empanadas just not old. So, I kindly reminder her that I was an unhappy customer and she should try the empanadas from the shelf herself. But she refused stating that they were fresh. Handing her back my bag, I said can this dissatisfied customer get $2 worth of empanadas in exchange of a roll or a pastry?After a few minutes an old lady convinced her to do so and she said ok and had her worker take the two leftover empanadas out of the bag and back into the shelf. I couldnt believe my eyes! I told her that was unacceptable and unfair for the next customer. Another employee shouted, "if you dont like it, call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT". So I did and I also reported to BBB. It was petty to argue over $2 worth of OLD burnt empanadas, never mind the attutude of the two other non speaking English and ignorant women that work there. So my next call will be immigration to make sure these women are legal. Thanks for the attitude!

Horrible customer service. Wife ordered a tamal, but it was all fat so she couldnt eat it. She asked them to take it back. They still charged us for it! They said "you ordered it so you still have to pay". Ridiculous. Never coming back. Try Lulas. Much better service.

Empanadas are "ok" not the best but their lunch special is a 10. The pork, rice & beans is amazing & they had some really good potatoe salad. Arepa de choclo was horrible. It was dry and had no flavor.
