The owner, Bruno, was and is a rude, unprofessional man. There was an issue with the food ordered, it was horrible. The cheese must have been left out or not refrigerated and was BAD. The Sauce also tasted as though it was weeks old. { you know when you leave something in the back of your refrigerator and forget its there, you open it and almost hit the floor with the smell as it has mold growing on it?} well thats what it tasted like. All I wanted was it to have the meal replaced and it was like having ""ROOT CANAL"" I thought the customer was ALWAYS RIGHT. well NOT when it comes to BRUNO, the owner. I suggest EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I never raised my voice as I gave them the benefit of doubt and maybe it was not there fault, but with the way he reacted It leaves me to believe that this was NOT the first time. He didnt want to replace my order and threatened to SHOOT ME and told me he did 8 years in JAIL for SHOOTING someone before. EVERYONE STAY AWAY STAY AWAY Hes a lunatic, and very unprofessional.

This place was like going to a 5 star restaurant!The waiter was fantastic and very professional! We got the 2 for $30 4 course dinner special, it was absolutely amazing. We got the bruschetta appetizer, freshest I ever had. I had the penne vodka, really good. They even had a singer and keyboard player doing old Italian songs. This is truly a hidden gem in Bayville. Very happy with this place, will return

We had friends over last night for cards and this is what they said about the wonderful Italian Hot Dog Pizza: Todd 10 hrs · Good morning family !!!!! What an awesome night the family and I had last night !!!!! Great food like Italian hotdog pizza !!!!! Yes I said it and it was awesome !!!! Then cards with my mama Dee and Doug !!!!! I missed you guys so much and had a freaking blast !!!!!!!

Tried place for first thought me also... tried prefixed menu, Appetizer with Fresh Mozzarella was amazing.... salad with Raspberry Vinagrette was nice.... Mains had Veal Marsala and wife had chicken parmigiana. Veal was tender and sauce was nicely sautéed..... Great experience and will be back..... Cheesecake Also fresh and Taramusu was awesome!!!

Took my mother and family to bon appetito for Mothers Day and I am appalled at what service we received. We had a reservation for 6:00pm and waited 20 minutes before we sat ourselves at a table that was barely set because we were tired of waiting. No menues no glasses not even a hello. Avoid this joke of an establishment.

ordered a chicken califorina sandwich it came with one piece of chicken and what it seemed like an entire jar of mayo. also they had to call back to make sure they did not send me the wrong item. that was the only thing i ate that day and spent the entire night in the bathroom. will never order food from here again.

Worst experience ever. Paid the singer $5 for 1 song, he got into the first verse when his friends arrived and never finished it...did all their requests. Food is great, buy it service is horrible unless your a friend of the owners or singer. Others who arrived after got served before us.... Never again!

Tried Buon Appetito for the first time yesterday. Ordered their 3 sub special. The Godfather sub was AMAZING and probably one of the best subs Ive ever had! Will definitely be ordering from here again and trying their dining room!

Absolutely terrible !! Service was horrible. Had a reservation...didnt get sat for 30 minutes. Didnt even give us menus!! Had to leave. Will NEVER go here again. Do not waste your time or your money.
