The best of our local outlets (the one by Bridgewater Commons has been dead to us for years!) There are rarely lines out the door here, at least in the evenings when we frequent the place. Theres a definite bro time between 7:00 and 8:00 pm, so youll find at least one the long tables full of late teen/early 20s guys in a noisy group. But they tend to eat fast, refill their free water cups with as much soda as they can and then they clear out. Feel sorry for the crew who have to clear up after them. Otherwise, the music is not overly loud, its clean, and the food is kept fresher than most any other outlet weve been to. Outdoor seating when the weather is fine, though you do have to put up with braying diners from the Italian restaurant immediately next door.

Its 11:01 and theyre still loading the food trays you order from. Also, they consistently do a TERRIBLE job of wrapping the burrito. This is not encourging me to come here over Pancheros, especially after the two food poisoning scares a while back. The food itself is tasty as per usual with Chipotle, its just the service thats awful.

Service overall was good. My main issue was with the saltiness of the food. It was hard to tell if was one item or multiple items in my bowl. It could have been the rice, barbacoa, chicken, or the peppers. The portions of everything was good, which is something that can vary from one location to the next.

I come here for lunch pretty regularly. Out of all the Chipotles in the area (Bridgewater/Piscataway) this one is my favorite. The line always moves pretty fast even when its really long. The staff is friendly and remembers you and says hello each time you return.

The food was great, though parking at the strip mall can be a bit of a hassle during lunch time. There was quite a long line too, though one can say that about any fast food place in a commercial area during lunch. Overall, pretty good experience.

Chipotle in Basking Ridge has improved signicantly since inception. There is a new manager and he is on top of everything. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I would say give it another chance if you were unhappy early on.

Very poor customer service....The server was very rude and charged me for a side of corn I am a big fan of Chipotle but wont go to this location again. Its not about the extra $2 but the way she behaved Very disappointed

Chipotle is good quality food. This location is very slow. They could learn much from the Bridgewater location. Staff friendly and treats you nicely- no petty charges if you ask for a little more rice or meat, etc.

Fastest and best Chipotle Ive ever been to. No line when I went, got in and out in probably less than 3 minutes! Portion sizes were great, and every seemed to know what they were doing. Food tasted as expected.

Its in good area , issue with parking as complex have decent size parking lot, but many good stores in complex so always crowded parking , and lots of waiting in chiptole
