THE BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT AROUND! Affordable prices, lovely location and decor! Great music. Accompanied by a warm friendly staff and most of all, an owner who cooks and cleans as well. The owner is extremely friendly, kind and always polite and hardworking! The food is always so fresh unlike other nearby locations! Without a doubt would and do recommend to anyone looking to come get some fresh grub! Been coming here for 2 years and will keep coming here! Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I love stopping into El Mejicano for lunch on the weekends. It is usually very quiet. The food is fantastic and the prices are phenomenal. My husband and I have tried many of the burritos, he orders his chimichanga style. The staff members are polite and friendly and willing to accommodate. They are BYOB and there is a small local liquor store just down the block for those looking to imbibe, who forgot their wine at home.

Just had my wifes birthday party here and rented one of there separate rooms...The service, food and atmosphere here is phenomenal..Jesus the owner is very attentive and detailed oriented and will make sure you leave happy...I would definitely recommend this place if your just looking for some really good Mexican food or if your looking to throw a party its great for that aswell...

Thanks for a great night guys! Everything was hot, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I personally made sure no food went to waste. Really professional, down to earth staff. My fiance cant eat dairy so if it wasnt on the side already, we were thoroughly informed otherwise. Owner is a great guy and we caught him washing his own dishes. Great boss to have! Cant wait to go back!

Great first visit to the dining room. I had takeout her many times before. The staff was cordial, present, and very accommodating for our family with two kids. The shrimp enchiladas with the green sauce were excellent. We always enjoy the aracherra and the fish tacos. Truly an excellent restaurant.

This little restaurant has the best Mexican food in this part of the country. The service is extra nice as well. Just the chips and salsa itself is extremely delicious but the rest of the menu is really good too. They make fresh drinks like Tamarindo. I recommend everyone to eat here!
