Weve ordered there about a dozen times since they opened. Id say more than half of our orders have had a problem. Most of the time the meat is barely seasoned and the order is pretty bland. Or it is unseasoned AND the steak is barely cooked and seriously fatty. Im starting to have this experience at multiple chipotles. I wonder if theyre peaking/have peaked. I hope not. Seasoning and cooking the proper length is controllable at the restaurant level, though I wonder how the parent company can keep tabs on each of these stores. In any case, shape up chipotle! You cant keep getting our business on the coat tails of when you were great. Eventually its time to move on.

Absolutely the worst restaurant. I ordered online for pick up. My food was cold (even though I picked it up on time), the order was wrong (they forgot the veggies on my veggie tacos) and the foil was packed so tight that the tacos were all mashed together when I opened it, looked like a pile of dog food. My chips were stale, too. I called the store to ask for a refund. The manager was very unprofessional, didnt care about the problem at all and wouldnt give me a refund. I had to ask her three times before she would give me her name. I usually love chipotle but Ill NEVER go back now.

I am so glad that a Chipotle opened just a few blocks from my house. This evening I went there after I got out of work (right before the restaurant was closing) and was greeted by a nice young gentleman named Mark. He made me the best vegetarian burrito I have ever had! I will be going to that Chipotle often now since it is so convenient.

This is a great Chipotle. I used to travel all over the place to Chipotle because there were none close. So I have been to many different ones, and this one is I need of the best. The only complaint I could provide is that often the concession area is messy, and the tables are a little dirty as well.

Usually pretty decent but not quite up to par with most Chipotles. Servings are smaller and food temp is never quite hot enough all while the price of what I get has increased from $7.75 to $8.50. Still worth the occasional visit but I definitely do not frequent as often.

Chipotle is usually very good. this location is always filthy. the drink and utensil area is always out of stuff and very messy. garbage is over flowing every time I come. I love Chipotle but this facility is seriously lacking. somebody clean it up, please!

I have eaten here at least 20+ times, and the quality of the food is always good. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. I also own a local business and they have been very helpful when it comes to supporting our events.

Is it pretty reasonably good chipotle location at a very convenient spot if youre shopping or live in town. They do not have beer like the locations in the city but you can get your favorite chipotle items nonetheless.
