The wait staff is very accommodating and friendly. We went in for lunch just before noon today (Thursday). I ordered Eggs Benedict and my friend ordered a Fish-wich. Also we ordered a starter of onion rings. Rings were reminiscent of the boxed variety and much of the coating flaked off. When the meals came out the fish sandwich was served with a stale bun (half was rock hard). We sent it back and the server came back and said that the other one had been lightly toasted and the new was not. BTW, any one with a clue could tell that one end of that bun was exposed to air which made it stale and it wasnt at all toasted. If it had been toasted, it wouldve been crunchy everywhere and have a slight brown toasted color. Apparently the kitchen was trying to save face with that lame explanation. The Eggs Benedict was standard fare. I probably wont be back, other C-man family of restaurants have been better in the past.

Friends and I were coming back from New Hampshire and stopped here on a Saturday morning for breakfast. Food I ordered the hash and eggs with home fries and and english muffin. The hash and eggs were ok, but nothing special. The home fries were probably the worst Ive ever had. I think they were just boiled potatoes that were never seasoned and fried. My friends were similarly non-fried and non-seasoned. Decor The diner is decorated in stereotypical 1950s diner nostalgia. Service Our waitress was efficient on the verge of rushing, but got our orders right and our food to the right person. Value Ok prices, but given the food quality the value is somewhat poor. Overall, disappointing for a member of the Common Man group. I wont be going back.

I used to eat here quite regularly with my coworkers at lunchtime but we started to experience under- or over-cooked food and poor table waiting, and we eventually stopped eating there altogether. That was a couple of years ago, and earlier this year we decided that we should give it a try again. Now that weve been back four or five times, the food has been cooked perfectly and quickly and the waitstaff are great. Even during a busy lunch hour, the food (and a couple beers) is out, consumed, and paid for in 45 minutes. Standard diner food, but cooked and delivered as it should be.

Went on a Sunday for a late breakfast/lunch, had a party of 5. They said the wait was about 15 min. I dont think we waited that long. Food took awhile to come out and drink refills were hard to come by. They seemed short staffed, other than that the food was good and the prices were reasonable.

The 104 diner is a great place to eat. If you just want an appetizer or dessert, this is the place to come. They have wonderful entrees and sandwiches if you are hungry. Tonight i had ateak tips that melt in your mouth. The staff is friendly and very polite. 5 stars for the 104 diner

Great food and great service....been in the area for 3 days ,best place by far...the rest think because its bike week slow is acceptable ( even when they arent busy) paid $18 for a meal last night and after waiting forever it shows up on a paper plate with plastic silverware

Im always hesitant to do 5 stars because it means nothing can be improved on(?) but it was a very good dinner, excellent service, super friendly. Its a diner, not a jacket and tie restaurant, but clean and spacious. Wed definitely stop here again.

Old-time diner vibe. Throwback to the 50s, but the food is more updated. Average food, but the desserts are great. Get a salad and save room for a nice slice of chocolate cake. Kind of a fun atmosphere if youre into the diner scene.

Good breakfast. Had Greek veggie omelet. Had less spinach than I would have liked. Tom had 2 scrambled eggs. Looked like more than that. Hash browns were not crispy. Took longer to get meals than usual. Bur they were busy.

Got the Cadillac breakfast. Great to have some home fries with flavor! Kids had hot dog and kids pancake. Wife had turkey sandwich that was great. Waitress Madison took great care of us!
