Just visited there today and had a terrible time. Our "waiter" if you would call him that, was terrible. One of the salads had a hair in it and he didnt apologize, when the food came he did not clear the table from the salads and bread leaving us with a table full of empty plates and glasses. The chicken ceaser salad did not come with ceaser dressing, not even on the side. 6 or 7 of the muscles had not opened so they were not good to eat as well as well as not coming with any pasta even though it clearly says so in the menu, yet again both of these things came with no apologizes. When we asked to see the manager it turned out to be our waiter. We told the scruffy man we were unhappy and did not like the restaraunt. He had no response or apology still, we asked for some kind of compensation and all he gave us was 15% off the bill. Little to say we are not returning anytime. The only good thing was it did not have a wait to sit down, clearly you can tell why.

For the area, including tyngsboro chelmsford lowell etc. the food is the most authentic, fresh and delicious italian around. i am always impressed by all of the options and the outstanding specials. the bar is also one of the most impressive in the area. there arent many places that you can grab a delicious well sized martini AND quality food. the pizza is unreal. the best i have ever had. in addition their lunch prices are the best around. all of the dishes come with homemade delicious soup or a beautiful fresh salad. the potions are moderate and nothing is over 13 dollars. the waitstaff is intelligent and handle the dining room or lounge well considering it seems that they are always waiting on so many people all wanting something from another end of the restaurant. they arent cheesy like other corporate restaurants but not pushy and careless like other private restaurants. bottom line i love this place.

3 star rating because I LOVE their Pizza and other food is really good but every time I place an order for delivery, it takes far too long. I keep giving Pizzico a chance in hopes that maybe they changed their third party delivery service (a manager told me this was the reason last time my order was almost an hour and a half late) but I always end up with cold pizza. Nobody deserves cold pizza. I live approximately 5 mins away due to all of the street lights on D.W. Highway and my estimated wait time tonight was 15 minutes... I waited patiently, give an extra 5-10 minutes in case of traffic but an hour later I received my pizza. Im not going to lie, that is a lot quicker than the last time I called for delivery with Pizzico... Please get some more reliable delivery people, I love your pizza.. :(

My family and I have now gone to Pizzico in Merrimack twice and will never go again. The first time we had meals - the eggplant was like rubber and cold and the veal was chewy. The service was terrible. The next time we did take out pizza - the pizza was good but we we told 20 - 25 minutes when we got there they had no even made our order and it took another 20 minutes to get our order and that was only after speaking up. They wont get our business any more.

I have been a regular at Pizzico since they opened, their food is outstanding, the atmosphere is both old time Italian and upscale Martini Bar, the waitstaff is always friendly, professional and customer oriented. Whether you are looking for a Pizza , Italian Entree,or a night out with friends this is the place to go, dont forget to watch your favorite sport in their Martini Bar! I highly recommend you visit, once you do you will also become a regular! Rick & Bonnie Mosca

My wife and I used to love it here... last night had a miserable experience.. we Sat at the bar and had Terrible service. Had to ask several times for our drink orders, got hot glasses right out of the dishwasher for our beers, we ordered a pizza that for some reason didnt come out cut and had to sit uncomfortably while the bar tender and staff had multiple obvious altercations.. everyone has bad days, but this made our experience a really bad one

Terrible service. Took well over an hour to get a calzone and a couple beers. Watched my server bus tables for 15 mins while I waited for my check with an empty plate and empty glass in front of me. Food was okay, not worth the wait. Avoid if you value your time. Im currently watching my server surf television channels as I wait for her to run my card. Unbelievable.

Love this taste of Italy. Great place.. Excellent pizza you can design ur own great menu with a ton of choices.. Raymond one of theee most attentive&accommodating bartenders weve come across works 6 days a week.. Go say hello! You will not be disappointed in this restaurant with a phenomenal pour of wine, coffee, dessert, excellent flavored martinis.. N more...

This place is hard to describe, driving by you this it is a takeout pizza place. Inside the service and food makes you feel like your in the north end(but very casual). We sat at the bar and the Bartender will made us some very good martinis, some.of the best we have had. Overall it is worth try, great food, good service and the best drinks around

The dessert case is the first thing you see upon entrance, but good luck saving room for these treats, because the portions are very generous. The food is quite good, but the service is lacking, even when the restaurant isnt crowded. Waitstaff have been inattentive on three out of my last four visits, and this is the sole reason I would not return.

After 4-5 great times at Pizzico, they dropped the ball. Express lunch? we arrived at 1:35pm and our food came @ 2:15 the pasta was cold both meals and the service s**ked. The meals were taken off our bill but we were charged for 2 poor salads and 2 soft drinks. $10.58. Well never return. And funny thing we know one of the wait staff.

Stopped in with my husband and two small children on a Sunday for lunch. We ordered the New York Style Margherita Pizza. It was the best pizza weve had in the area in quite a while. The mozzarella was fresh, the basil was also fresh and chopped fine. The olive oil drizzled on top was really flavorful. We will be back.

Food is so good but I always dread to call for delivery. They never ask for my address and I have to remind them. They always call back because they forgot to tell me something and they also put me on hold for no reason. I feel bad writing this but it is only constructive criticism just please help who ever answers phones.
