Ive only been once, so take the 5 star with a grain of salt. I stopped on a whim and I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. It was reasonably busy and I really prefer to have a booth when I eat at a restaurant, to which the wait staff accommodated without complaint. The menus werent too big and easy to understand. Our waitress, wish I could remember her name, was very helpful and knowledgeable in reccomendending items for starters and drinks. For their pizza, my lady had a deep dish pepperoni, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Myself I dont remember the name of the pizza itself but it was a thin crust pizza. However, Im not a big pizza sauce and Im one of those basil pesto sauce wierdos, which they didnt have on their menu, but after inquiring with the waitress she said they could make it with the sauce I wanted, something I appreciated greatly. Both pizzas came out hot and it seemed that they were made by people who gave a damn about making good pizza. Oh, also, the manager took the time to stop by our table to see how our experience was at the restaurant. Upon learning that it was our first time he did offer free dessert to us, which was nice, but we couldnt possibly have eaten anymore as the rest of the meal was quite delicious. Id recommend going and Ill most likely head back when Im out that way and Im trying to decide what to have for dinner.

My burger was fine but my husbands was raw in the middle waitress never came over to ask how the food was we ordered more fries as soon as the food came and it took over 20 minutes to get them. Waitress finally brings the fries and doesnt even ask how the food was so we let her know and showed her the raw Burger. The manager comes over we show the manager the raw burger that was ordered medium and he has the nerve to say that is medium the waitress should have told you it would be pink! Pink in the middle is fine raw is unacceptable and its too bad because they have a good product when its cooked properly the manager should really not be in that position believing another waitress there was no reason for it

The service was great and the deep dish pizza is so good. My fiance and I both got the personal size and even though we are big eaters, we had leftovers to take home. The waiter was nice and the manager came over and asked if I was cold because my jacket was on and when i said yes, he said he would turn it up (though I said it was okay) and we saw him immediately go over to the thermostat and turn it up!

They said that we would have to wait to be seated so we went to the bar. There were a few empty tables that needed to be cleared before more diners could be seated. The bar was packed but it took several attempts to get the bartenders attention even though they were within earshot. Food was ok, overall experience was ok but not great. Definitely not my first choice when dining out.

I had a strawberry salad what tasted horrible. I thought the salad was not washed. The manager came over and said it was the strawberries with grit (dirt) on them. The replacement salad was much better. Hubby ate his meal and was on dessert before I got my replacement dinner. The meal was comped but the experience was not great. Refills were slow and the waitress was unresponsive.

Eric is a great waiter. Got a delicious lobster roll with my email coupon from Unos. They have 20°/. Off on Wednesday if youre 55 years old or older. The email club offers good coupons. Good food and prices. The last time I went the fish didnt taste right. They brought me something else, an undercooked pizza to replace it. This took my review from 5 stars to 3.

Use to be good, but now its just another clicky local yokos with a bad vibe and bad food.Got my steak raw.They need new management.That Rannie guy cant cut it.Wont ever darken their doorway again.They dont need your money,they have their small click.They need to step out of the 1950"s and fire some of the bad apples.Youve been warned.

I eat hear about once a month and have done for years. Food is always good and service is usually fast and friendly. Ive used the to-go service often as well and I have yet to be disappointed with the speed or quality of the food. Overall this is one of my go-to places tobget dinner when no one in the house feels like cooking.

bad, very bad. they forgot to put cutlery and napkins in my curbside takeout order. clam chowder was too sour and smells like dirty socks - had to throw it away. no cucumber for the hamburger. no salsa for quesadilla... used to be nice place, but total disappointment today...
