This was our first visit to the grill in Dedham. Our reservation was honored and we waited for almost an hour to get drinks and have our order taken. It was obvious that they were understaffed that evening. I spoke to the manager about the wait and he said he would take care of it. Of course, nothing was done by him. It took almost another hour to get our food. Service was awful and the most of the food wasnt much better. My cuban sandwich was very greasy, over cooked with bits and pieces of pork etc and the sweet potato fries were just sweet potatoes in a coating deep fried and all grease with no taste. I recommend regular fries. The hamburgers my colleagues had were just average. Some of the entree dishes had by others were very good.

Like many others I went after seeing this as a Hidden Jewel from Phantom Gourmet. We went specifically for the burger bar as it seemed to be a new concept in cooking the burger (vertically). The upscale interior was downgraded by its large and direct opening into the mall. The value is just so-so. I wouldnt recommend the buffalo shrimp. As large as they are I wouldnt fork over 13.50 for 3 shrimp again. The burgers were pretty good, however, the server (even after writing down the order) failed to get the cheese substitution correct on one of the orders. Overall it was interesting to try but I wouldnt go back.

I was there with a friend to celebrate the end of a very bad divorce battle. It was down time and the cooks in the kitchen were speaking Portuguese loudly. We saw two different people changing in the kitchen. They have an open one. The burger was raw inside and I had ordered medium rare. We had to send it back and the cooks made I contact and comments in Portuguese. We never got a sight of a manager. The second time we went back we got totally ignored by the staff and left hungry. Not going back

The receptionist was very rude, she gave me an attitude because i asked if there was a waiting list for the bar seats. The bartender pretended that i was not there for at least 10 minutes and the bar was not even busy, my food took a long time to arrive, but at least the food was very good. The restaurant manager there needs to understand that it does not matter how much they spend to build a restaurant if they are not able to give a good service and build a nice atmosphere to their custumers.

This place is absolutely awful! There were two female hostesses and they would look at customers walking out and laugh and make fun of them. They were extremely rude and unfriendly. The food was not that good as well. The worst part was that the cook looked like a complete slob. He would drink and eat. while cooking. Also they keep an outdated menu outside. You see something you want to order and then they tell you they do not have it. If it was possible I would give this 0 stars.

Without a doubt, the WORST meal I have had in a VERY long time. Dont order the turkey kabobs - they had a strange taste and were so overcooked that they tasted like shoe leather!! The rice was so dry and tasteless that it wasnt even worth eating. The calamari were less than fair. My spouses sandwich wasnt good either. What a waste of time and money. I would NEVER go there again and would strongly recommmend that no one else does either.

Ive been coming to Met Bar at Natick for nearly 7 years. I always end up here. Good drinks, great food, and the staff is always exceptional. Courteous, timely and very easy to get exactly what I need for a quick bite or a relaxed dinner. Not particularly child friendly which for me is a huge plus. However, Ive been here with several children in my party and never had an issue. Also, theyre very good about allergies.

After being seated, our waiter walked by, put bread and water down without saying a word and then never came back. He walked by us 3 times without even looking at us and then stood around and talked to one of the other waitresses. We finally got up and left after being ignored for over 10 minutes. I cant say anything about the food since we never got to taste it but the customer service was horrible.

Not impressed. Long wait for lunch. No one was particularly nice to us. Everything we ordered was just mediocre. I didnt think their burgers were that great and expensive! We got the sweet potato fries and so greasy almost inedible. The service was so unattentive and for the price, I expected better. A typical bad mall restaurant and I will not be back

Best chain burger in my opinion. Met truffle fries are top notch. Sauce selection is solid. Quality of burgers and ingredients is there as well. A little pricey on the value scale but I dont care much about price when the food is great. Highly recommend to others. I usually get LA burger with sunny side up egg plus Met Fries.

Solid food, I think the burgers are their strength but their entrées (though expensive) look delicious too. Its a nice space and good for a big group. You can sit at the bar if space opens up and its crowded. Good craft beer list is a plus.

I have been going here for years and I will continue to go here, however, I wanted to give a word to the wise- go on a week night. Management gets easily overwhelmed and occasionally border on unprofessional during the weekends.

Ive always had a great experience dining here for dinner. I usually get the Met Caprese sandwich and substitute with the truffle fries. The truffle fries are the best around. I also recommend the hummus and cauliflower appetizer.

Food and service did not match the atmosphere or the image of the restaurant. Hamburger was just ok. Many better places to get a burger at half the price. It is sad as I was looking forward to a great burger.

We always have a great dinner here. The food is delicious, but the service and cleanliness isnt always acceptable. We love the salmon and tuna tartare, truffle fries, and burgers. Good for kids too.

The nachos were so tasty!!! And our burgers ---yum!!! Best sweet potatoes fries my husband and I had. Love the crisp! Only negative is the napkins leave lint on your clothes

Burgers seemed to be precooked. Food was not warm when delivered to table, and came way to fast. Salad and burgers were served at the same time. Good service, convenient location.

Good food but be careful about sitting outside - they do not allow tables near each other - so you cant have more than 4 outside.
