Waitress was extremely rude. We politely requested separate checks, to which she refused to give us saying "we dont do that here". When we explained we only had credit cards she told us we would have to request what items to put on the cards. She came back 15 minutes later after we obliged only to rudely tell us that "she didnt have time to add the totals on each card and that we would have to do that!" So we did and she took another 15-20 minutes to finally take our bill with cards. She finally returned with each itemized bill, in other words, adding the amounts ourselves was pointless. We even tried to pay up front because we had been waiting so long but this request was denied "because they dont have registers up front". Aside from the service the food was not that great, the meatballs were terrible and drink I received wasnt what I had ordered. But that was my meal. I cant speak for the others in my party. The only pleasant part of this entire experience was the nice guy who brought us our food. They were obviously short staffed this day but management shouldnt allow things like this to happen. It makes things worse on everyone.

I was very disappointed when I ate here this past week. I ordered a steak medium, and it came out well done. Ive never sent back food before, but i had to. The waitress was very apologetic when she saw how the steak was done, and she brought it back. My new steak was brought out at least 15 mins later (by then my husband was done eating), and my steak was medium rare - which was fine, but still not what I ordered. I was very surprised that they still charged us fully for everything. Most restaurants would have taken the drinks off, minimum, for the wait alone.

This place was so horrible. We were waiting for our food for over 1 hour. Still, our food never arrived. I left hungry and unhappy with the service. They were so antisocial and unfriendly. Except for Lynn our waitress. There drinks was so water down, it tasted like water. I do not recommend this place at all.

Got to sit ate the most comfortable table on a sofa. Food is easy bar type foor nothing special but portions were decent, and when I asked for my samon rare I got it rare. Not much for the casino myself but I would make the trip to eat here again.

Food wasnt bad....but for $23 I received the smallest order of fried clams I have ever seen. They should be ashamed!! I know clams are expensive right now...but it wasnt like they were giving them away.

This is located on the second floor Twin River. They offer pretty good pub food and they always have seasonal specials. They usually have good service.
