One of the cooks really needs to work on his people skills. Maybe he was just having an off day, maybe they were busy during lunch but I wasnt getting a very warm welcome for my business. Oh and the fries were obviously sitting inside the warming unit for over 30 minutes. Tasted dried out; I think Ill be going to the 5 guys closer to my house if I ever go there again. Not happy after spending almost 20 bucks on a small step above fast food to feed two people (drinks not included)

My kids all love this place. The simplicity of the menu allows the staff to provide consistently good food in a timely manner. The only reason I have a hard time awarding 5 stars is that choices are simple and served in tin foil in a brown bag. That is part of the charm, but also denies the staff an opportunity to deliver experience that is above average.

Went there with my sister and her kids after shopping at the mall for Christmas the kids loved it the best burgers and fries ever definitely would recommend going there again I have been there in the past the one on Amherst Street Great Burgers great fries

Good and juicy burgers. Happy to accommodate your food needs (allergies, gluten sensitivity, low carb, etc) but you may want to check to go order before you leave the store.

Super friendly, and accurate service. You can tell the employees love to work there. It is such a friendly atmosphere. You cant help but to smile yourself.
