I just tried to order a sandwich over the phone. The lady had no Idea what a sandwich or sub was. I think its imperitive if your going to work at a place you should be able to understand and say the items on the menu. Speeds things up.

Great service - the couple running the place was kind enough to point out the special they are running so I saved money. The rest - food, cleanliness - is on par with what youd expect from the franchise.
