I went to this location for food and there was no one there. The open sign was lit (I took a photo) but the doors were locked. According to your posted hours, you should be open. You are a chain restaurant. This location is stand alone. Theres no reason they should be closed. Its snowing but were in New England. If customers can drive to your restaurant, so can your employees. Its poor business practice to close during operating hours, not to mention to leave your open sign on. I wanted a delicious burger and instead I got McDonalds because they were open. I frequent several of your locations. I love the food you serve, buy I am not happy at all right now. Unreliable.

Not bad, but they seemed better in other states. I was disappointed when I went there. Follow-up review: similar to before. I enjoyed my Burger, and the fries were really good, but something about it just doesnt seem as good as the ones I went to in Pennsylvania. Im not sure if its the ingredients, size of the burgers, meat used, etc. It just seemed better elsewhere. Still, to my disappointment, one of the better burgers you can buy in the area.

Decent burgers with a wide selection of topings you can choose from. Sadly the staff smashes the heck out of the burgers with a spatula driving out all of the flavor. Its the worst thing you can do to a burger. They should just leave it alone, and flip only a single time. The restaurant is very small so seating can be hard to come by when moderately busy.

Worst 5 guys Ive been to by far. My burger was cold and undercooked... The fries were cold as well... The workers we rude ... Screwed up my order... And got food poisoning from that damn burger. Please dont go here ... I know I wont.

Food was good but they missed a couple things on the order and this location is particularly noisy and busy. Getting in and out of this plaza during busy times is stressful.

Every time I go to the Chelmsford Five Guys they screw up my order. One time the pickles werent even inside of my sandwich. Never been to a Five Guys as bad as this one.
