This is not an exaggeration, of the maybe 15 Taco Bells Ive been to over the years, this is by far the worst. The service is painfully slow, and the quality of food is somehow far worse than other Bells. Keep in mind this is a franchise, at which quality should be controlled from one location to another. How this single location could be so much worse is beyond me. Ive visited this Taco Bell 5 or 6 times (usually a month or two between visits), and my order has NEVER been filled correctly. Not once. Unfortunately, the nearest Taco Bell other than this is 20 minutes away in Worcester. I pray for the day when they build another Bell within 10-15 minutes so I can stop going to this one.

The service at this location is incredibly slow 6 times out of ten, and never what you would call fast. They load up on sour cream, skimp on the meat, and put gross fake cheese where other taco bells put real shredded cheese. Tonight I waited 5 minutes for them to bring one small bag to one car in front of me. Then I found a price tag someone dropped IN my nachos. Feeling completely unfulfilled by Taco Bell is a new experience for me, but, there it is. Id say I go there about once every month or two, and its not necessarily always the same employees there--but it always seems like there are 3 employees goofing off while one slowly prepares the food.

Slow and Awful. Im really not a picky diner, but this place has the slowest service Ive ever experienced. Dont even consider the drive thru as a quicker alternative. Lastly, i understand that the high school aged employees couldnt care less about working at taco bell but this staff here has zero pride in their work. Food is thrown together sloppily and hastily and looks like garbage way more often than not. I would give it a negative star rating if it were possible.

Went here once after hitting up TD Bank. Just a reminder this is the worst Taco Bell. Worst then the Taco Bell Express near Chelsea in NYC. I got my usual order, about 3 things, and waited about ten minutes for my food while a group of high-school boys hung out at the counter flirting with the girls behind the counter. I think they where actively trying to intimated me and "play thugs", but I honestly just wanted some TB that day.

Dont get in that drive-through line. Youll be sorry. One tiny lane, and once you are in you cant back out. Very slooooow. At least you can laugh when you look through the windows at whats going on. The dopey high school kids have their sketchy looking pals at the counter dirstracting them. No wonder it takes so long

Employees are always friendly to me here. I went with my 3 year old on valentines day and she was talking about the pretty heart balloons they had up in the store. Someone heard her and they untied it and let her take it home! I have been here maybe 5 or 6 times and never gotten my order wrong. =)

3rd time here, 3rd time waiting more than 25 minutes in the drive through with very little customers ahead of me or inside constantly slow service I am currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food because they couldnt get it quick enough to get other customers orders

a magical experience! the food reminded me of old Mexico and when I was a boy. the careful mix of fresh ingredients was intoxicating to my soul. trust your instincts and go to the value menu. your taste buds and belly will be happy you did. this is a place of perfection.

Ive been avoiding this place based on the old reviews. Got the semi-annual Taco Bell craving today and decided to check it out. It is a perfectly adequate Taco Bell/KFC combo; restaurant was clean, service was friendly and quick, food was exactly as expected.
