Ive been here in the past and food was great! PLEASE READ ENTIRE COMMENT! But the last two times werent so good.. last time we had a waitress that wasnt friendly and didnt check to see if we needed anything else(which we did). We came in today and had the same waitress again, she grabbed forks/knives and put them on one napkin (from the napkin boxes) that was shriveled up for the two of us.. my fiance ordered an iced coffee, it was gross ( tasted burnt and like it had been sitting for a long time), he didnt get a straw, then he asked for a spoon and she came over and dropped it right in the cup and walked right to the next table to help them. I got my usual French toast sticks which are great, and he got the Monte Cristo (last time it was good). His sandwich had turkey that was overcooked, slopped and piled on, cold, and had either celery or onions between the turkey shreds.. it looked like it had been recooked from earlier from someones meal. Disgusting to see celery/onions that were in a breakfast sandwich, so maybe they must have used leftovers?! The cook came over and said that he didnt know what it was, but offered something else, but we declined the offer. The cook/manager Allen had "fixed" the bill and discounted $4.50 off, while the sandwich cost $8.99. I have never had any place ever discount half off a meal, especially food from something else that shouldnt be in the sandwich. All he could eat was half the sandwich before seeing other food in it! They didnt even take the iced coffee off either, we had to ask because he only drank a few sips of it. Also, the doors were filled with dirty hand marks, the diner bar was smudged with marks when you look over from the tables. Another girl i asked a question to said she was new, and seemed like she didnt know what was going on. Our waitress also handled dirty dishes, touching the top of the cups which splashed into the coffee/tea area and didnt even wipe down that area or wash her hands before she grabbed two cups and served the fountain drinks to the customers a table over from us, without hand washing, right after touching other customers dirty utensils, plates and top of cups.. overall it was a BAD experience and nauseating. Wont come here again, to this location at least!

I used to frequent the Red Arrows original Manchester location while attending school, so when I was headed back through NH on the way home from VT and found out there was a new Red Arrow location just off 93 in Londonderry, I bee-lined for it and I was not disappointed. The new space is brightly lit, has considerably more seating, and a wonderful 50s diner feel. The food, as always, was delicious. I got the 3 Eggs breakfast with bacon, toast, hash browns, and french toast. It was a lot of food and all freshly and quickly prepared. My server that earlier morning was a ray of sunshine and extremely helpful, attentive, and sweet. I would go back to the Red Arrow in a heartbeat, though its probably a good thing I dont live closer or Id likely pack on a ton of weight eating there often. :)

I never have had Poutine before, so I thought Id try it. It was good, but not a dish Id beg for. The service was excellent. Dani, my waitress was fantastic, as was every other waitress there. They each asked me at least once if there was anything else I needed. They focused on service for the customers, and not "thats not my table" bullshit. The other orders I saw going out to customers all looked fantastic. Everything looked properly cooked, not burned or undercooked. The food all looked delicious. I would highly rate this place, and will return the next time I have a delivery here in Londonderry NH. Everyone was surprisingly friendly for being in the northeast, which is not known for hospitality. They folks were outstandingly friendly. I leave here a fat, feed, happy man.

There was a long wait so I figured that the wait would be worth it since the arrow Dinah has such high reviews and its supposed to be an awesome place to eat. I asked for a hamburger medium rare and I got it well done I ask for very lightly toasted bread got it rock hard when the woman came and asked how the food was I said it was horrible told her why. She left and said sorry... I showed her my food but she did not come back. Finally she brought the check without saying a word. My friend was glad that she had three extra portions of potatoes to take home. I dont know what happened maybe the rush was too much for the chef, but I still think you should be compensated even when it is busy..

I usually come here everytime my parents and i are passing through the area, and the foods always good. Todays experience wasnt the best..my parents and i waited about 20 25 minutes for our food and it was cold...my mom got her plate sent back a few times, the first time she got it sent back the microwaved it and it was still cold so she asked it to be sent again and waited another 10 15 our waiter comes back and asked my mom if shed like a to go box yet my father and i are still eating so my mom asked to speak to the manager who was very nice. Then she got her food and it was still cold.. very disapointed about todays exsperience here.. may or may not return in the future..

Pretty good, bad breakfast food. If you get an omelette used pourable egg product instead of freshly cracked eggs. The home fries are previously frozen and cooked in a fryolater, they are not fresh cut potatoes or anything special at all. Their eggs benedict has the most disgusting Hollandaise sauce Ive ever tasted. Their dessert pies, which look enormous, are really just regular pies is covered in massive amounts of whipped cream. Of course some of their food is just fine with hamburgers and other plates. So if youre looking for a basic cheap diner food this place is ok, but if you want really good diner food go to the Onion in Derry.

I hate to give a poor rating but the only good things were the asthetics & the hours. It IS nice having a 24 hour place near by. The food was way over-priced & just mediocre and the service wasnt very good. I ordered a poached egg with a side of hollandaise sauce. After a very long wait, I received a fried egg & cold sauce. I debated attempting to flag the waitress down but didnt have the extra 30 minutes to send it back. She didnt drop by to ask how things were or offer more coffee. It just wasnt very good. We told the waitress when she finally returned with our check at which point she offered to redo my order...argh. Too little too late.

We live locally so we have attempted this place several times and each time we regret it. Waitstaff is inattentive and at times rude. Buffallo chicken had gristle and blood spots so we couldnt eat it as it was so gross to look at or chew. We ordered soda and it had no flavor, when we finally got waitresses attention to request new one she admitted that they needed to change syrup and had hoped the one she served us was okay. It was supposed to be cola and was very light it was obvious she shouldnt have served it. I definitely would not recommend to anyone. Maybe the original location but not Londonderry.
