Disclaimer: I love breakfast places, from greasy spoon mom and pop style to fine dining. This is the ONLY place I have disliked. The diner is pretty. Thats the only positive thing I can say. The service was lousy, I dont think shes ever been a server before to be honest though so maybe she just needs teaching. Thats the only excuse I can think of to explain how clueless she is. The food was worse. The breakfast menu is very limited. The corn beef hash has a pungent flavor and is largely composed of gristle. I found it unpleasant having to spit out gristle while trying to eat breakfast. I thought it was impossible to screw up eggs and hash but they did, also if you like cheese ask for double because they use it very sparingly. Not one employee knows what wifi network belongs to their establishment and the paper with the passcode has a note written on it to "arman" asking him to correct it because his customers are displeased with being handed an incorrect password. I will never go back. If I wasnt so tired I would have refused to pay but didnt feel like debating with people who clearly are clueless. Youd think if someone only takes a few bites and then pushes the plate away and asks for the check the server might at least ask if everything was suitable.

We have been going to Miss Cranston for a while now because its the only breakfast place close by. Last year we took our son in and the high chair that was given to us was broken and he slipped out of it. I told them at the time that the high chair was broken. I went in last week and was given the same broken high chair. I told the waitress that this one is broken and she told me to go get another one myself because she was too busy. The parking lot was empty and there was maybe 2 other people at tables. I am capable of getting my own high chair but while holding a baby and a diaper bag its not so easy. I dont know why she was so rude to me but I ended up leaving. I went to Harriets a few miles down the road and the food and prices are a thousand times better. Its not dark and dingy like Miss Cranston and the waitresses there are friendly and kind. Ill never go back to Miss Cranston.

A very bad experience, I brought my mom and sister to have breakfast on Mothers Day, it was busy but they had enough waitresses, our waitress took the order, brought our drinks, from there we wait half an hour then she came out saying that the computer didnt register the order, but they were working on it, 15 minutes later she came again saying that she was surprised we havent walked out yet. She kept on coming back every couple minutes to say that the food would be right out, we waited more than an hour for breakfast, at the end she said the owner of the place was in charge of the orders in the kitchen, and that there was nothing she could do, we ended up leaving the place. This lady really needs to find a new line of work, very disappointed, I have dined here before, the food is good, but for today it was a very bad experience.

My Fiance` and I love this place. Were both in the hotel industry and know what customer service is. The waitress Diane is TERRIBLE!! We had to get up to get our own straws, wait for 10 minutes before she would glance at us, ask for a 2nd serving of coffee (most wait staff keep an eye on the coffee and come periodically for a refill), plus on top of that she had the nerve to take 1/2 & 1/2 from our table because she was running low on another table!! Seriously, someone please give her a lesson in etiquettes! Needless to say we did not leave any TIP for her although we wish we could leave a tip for the chef since the food was awesome! Great job Chef!

I contacted these guys about there reviews. Im on the phone with one of the servers and the owner is literately right next to the phone I can hear him ask who it is and everything. When the server says Its a guy calling about your bad reviews online I can hear him say I dont care, tell him I am busy.

The service is $h!t they are rude and dont give a crap about there patrons Ive work in the foodservice industry for 10 years and i would never talk to people the way they do Again food is ok diner food but dont expect great service

Im sorry but if you can screw up something like bacon, you have a real problem. Dont waste your time or money here. Horrible Ham and cheese omelette, shown as slab ham but was deli meat. Yuk

We were sat and not given menus for the first 20min. Then took a really long time to bring out the food. Then food was cold when served. Over all terrible experience.
